I experienced a complete drop out of communications from this company AFTER the insurance company brought me to them. They left me without an important part of the project done AFTER taking about as long as the rental car was given to us for (a month, like they planned it like that). Then they asked us to take the care before it was done, promising they would resolve it. Guess what? They left us to fend for ourselves after having used up all of the insurance company allocation.
