Not only was he responsive, but he actually came to my house. He repaired the undercarriage, buffed out the damage, and repainted the fender. When he was finished, the car looked brand new. You would never know there had been any damage. What impressed me most was the combination of professionalism, convenience, and affordability. Sam was courteous, honest, and clearly takes pride in his work. While I hope I never need auto body repairs again, if I do, I won't hesitate to call Sam. I happened to pass too close to the wooden gate. Total shock followed by anger took over me when I stepped out and noticed not only a scratch on the front bumper, but an open tear as well. I will spare you the aftermath of my emotions and fast forward to how I ended up at Gold Coast Collision Center located along S. Dixie Highway. I found this small paint and body shop through Yelp search. I met the owner who was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable about the work and labor that has to be done. Since the damage on my vehicle was minimal, I was told to bring it by the next day and the work should be completed within 24 hours. 24 hours later.... I arrived at the shop within two hours after receiving a phone call informing me that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. The owner was not there, but I met an associate of his who took me into the work area to take a look at my baby. I was speechless and very happy at what I was seeing. The scratch and tear was gone like it was never there. They 100% matched the color and the gloss of the paint was exactly how it looked the day I drove it out of the dealership. I could not be more grateful for Ron and Roz at Guys paint and body. I went through hell with my…read moreinsurance company and another repair shop for three and a half months and still could not get my van fixed. I have a high top van and it's limited how many places can fix it. Finally Guys paint and body was referred to me. At that point Insurance wanted to total my van, but there was no way I was going to give in to that. Guys paint and body fixed my van in an incredibly short amount of time considering the damage, for a very fair price, and did an excellent job! After the ordeal I went through before I found them, I literally cried when I got my van back because FINALLY someone was able to come through for me, and be honest with me! I hope I never need body work again but if I do there's no other place I would go, and anytime I encounter somebody looking for body work I will definitely be recommending this place. I was also impressed with how responsive they were, actually answering the phone and if they didn't they called me back right away.
