The gal at the entrance of the car was was very helpful and pleasant. No issues. When paying & going through the gate, before entering the car wash, I received an important phone call. I pulled over & temporarily parked behind two other parked cars. There were no other cars behind me. Suddenly, there is POUNDING on my windows, not knocking, and this dude with bad teeth is YELLING at me "this isn't a parking lot! Move it, I don't have all day!" Tried to explain I was taking an important call & would only be a minute. This was met with more yelling & cussing. Intimidation. Uncalled for and inappropriate behavior. I don't expect the most educated people to be working at a car wash, but this future felon needs an attitude adjustment and some feedback on customer service and courtesy if you want people to come back - especially with the new car wash being built less than 5 minutes away.

The recall notice stated the repair takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. The service scheduler told me it will take 2-3 hours to complete the replacement. I disputed that. He scheduled my approximant. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that they do not have the replacement cameras in stock, and they do not know when they will receive them.
