It's right on my way home, so I'm always reminded to stop in. The staff have always been very pleasant and helpful, reminding you to pull your mirrors in, asking if you need a towel, and generally keeping things moving smoothly. It's relatively quick to get through. For members, there's a separate lane that feeds into the main line. They always pre-spray the front and rear with a special solution, and the actual wash is typically very thorough. There are plenty of vacuum stations available, with dual hoses, mat wash stations, towels, and window cleaner. Everything you need is right there. They also do a great job of keeping the place clean and well cared for.

I went to K&D as a walk-in that same Saturday morning and they got to me right away. I do have a large SUV so the interior and exterior Gold Wash service took about an hour. I did not mind the wait because their wait area was clean, comforting, and welcoming. Keith told me I can sit down, relax, have some coffee, and watch tv. In my past experiences the waiting area has been the "deal breaker". I've seen some REALLY bad waiting areas; but that was not the case with K&D. I highly recommend this service and they can expect repeat service from me and my family in the near future. I hope they're around for a long time and continue to provide great service. I hope they expand to offer mobile pick up service soon as well. It was one of the services we discussed.

It was full of pine needles from hauling our Christmas tree the year before and a ton of dog hair, paw prints and nose smears from hauling two huskies around. I was up front about the condition of our truck, and Reflections was up front about their estimate, which was very fair considering the size of our vehicle and the amount of work I knew it would need. They were also extremely confident in their ability to bring it back to "brand new." They were able to get me in next day, and Hamdan's team worked on it ALL DAY. In fact, Hamdan was personally working on the finishing touches when we picked it up...an hour after closing. We were completely BLOWN AWAY by the results. The entire inside of our truck did in fact look brand new. Every inch of the interior was spotless, including the glove box and the center console! There was not one piece of husky hair in the entire truck, and if you've even seen a picture of a husky you should understand how incredible that is. I don't know if it was luck or my battered guardian angel that led me to Reflections, but I'm extremely glad I found them! They will forever be handling our detailing from here on out, and I will be recommending them to everyone!
