My husband had Billy install a dashcam, with front and rear cameras, into my Highlander Limited. I was excited to get this done by a professional. When we picked up the vehicle we were told that Billy was too busy to put the rear camera on the tailgate so he just installed it on the front windshield facing rearward. I have no issue reposting :) Horrible service with garbage window tinting, owner was rude and yelled over me on the phone, to the point I hung up on him. I purchased a remote starter for my car from Mobile Electronics. They programed my car's remote entry fob to be able to start the car by pressing LOCK three times, and I have been trying for two weeks to make it work. I brought the car back once already and was told that I would have to stand in front of the car and watch the parking lights to make sure I timed pressing the LOCK button absolutely accurately to make it work. I have had two other remote starters installed previously, and I have never had to go through this routine. I could have been inside a building, 50 or 100 feet away, press the fob a couple of times, and the car started right up each time. I just called Mobile again to ask if they can please fix it so that it works reliably, and they tried to SELL me an upgrade. I spent a small fortune for this product and it doesn't work the way it's supposed to. And the moment I complained, I was met with rudeness and a dismissive attitude, with the sales person arguing and saying the starter worked "the way it was supposed to". I was also told that the sales person went "all through this" with me at the time of installation, which was not true. The only option I was given was a more expensive starter that worked up to 1000 feet away. Nothing was said about performance or ease of operation. And now they want to charge me another $70 minimum, on top of the $430 I already paid, for a reliable starter. I ended up hanging up because I didn't enjoy being yelled at by the person on the other end of the phone. I would not go there again, and I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

I am very happy to a have found Mobile Electronics Studio (MES). I wished I had known about them when I had a DVD player installed by Hyannis Toyota in 2007. Granted Toyota didn't install it themselves, but their installer was not nearly as skilled as Bill Kelley and his team. MES does GPS installations for the company I work for. In working with Bill over several months, he was able to quickly and easily correct issues that had plagued our fleet for months with the previous installer. I had an auto-starter installed in my wife's Toyota Highlander this winter, and we couldn't be happier with the results. I would not even consider another installer now that I've found MES! read more

While visiting my elderly father recently, I learned that he had bought a new mini-van minus a back-up camera or back-up warning signal alarm. He desperately needed one of these installed on his vehicle and he needed it before I returned home and he no longer had a spare car. Bill Kelley gave me some great advice on what to purchase, saying the back-up sensors would probably suffice since that was what my dad had on his previous vehicle. Knowing the time constraints, he was able to squeeze us into his schedule (a day after I called) and installed a back-up warning signal. My dad is thrilled and I am relieved that I no longer have to worry about him backing over something (or someone). Bill and his team do great work and don't engage in high-pressure sales tactics, which I appreciated. He was honest and straightforward.
