I see it had not been serviced for over 6 months even though the previous owners had an ongoing contract. During the big March '26 storm of course it failed to work. I had to call another repair service to get it working. I called Knight again recently 2x no call back. Lame company who had their stickers all over the generator and in the basement. No more stickers here now. They only want BIG money for new installs.What a horrible company with a nasty woman/girl who answers the phone. Very concerning as I have never done business with them before and thought they could be downloading sensitive data or other mischief. To better put your client's mind to ease, Mobile PC should reach out to their customers to give them frequent updates and timeframes on the repair. Simple customer service would make them excellent.

Am I trying to hold him accountable to our phone conversation? Absolutely. The response by Patrick, the Owner of On Call Computer Services is 100% False. Never have I harassed him or threatened him in any way. There were other people in the office who heard the entire conversation. There was one phone call to Patrick where we discussed the pick up and refund of the computers. Patrick stated he had to "find the money" to refund us. This call was on Monday, the 31 st of March 2025 this past week. We had an uncomfortable conversation, however, never did I threaten him or swear at him. He is clearly trying to push some sort of false narrative to now avoid doing what he agreed to do in our conversation. We also agree to talk later last week and when I never heard from him, I called the business line which went directly to voicemail without ringing. Then I tried his cell phone which did the same thing. I have received an email from Patrick, threatening me with a restringing order and the like. I've never been to his business and he is correct, we've never met. Although I did see him in the parking lot on Monday after he left the office. Let me state, I and the Controller for the company and while the responsibility of the purchase was on the General Manager, this has fallen in my lap and I'm trying to deal with it. I will not be bullied into Patrick's belief his is somehow the viticim. He built three computers for the company for a total of $5,200. Two of the computers currently do not work properly. There have been at least 4 attempts at repairing them to no avail. The third one is in another office in a different town and has never been turned on due to the issues we've had. Patrick blocked me because I'm trying to hold his company accountable. He has no money and is simply spreading lies. After the one phone call we had, I thought we had an understanding. Clearly, something changed and I will have to pursue through the proper legal channels. Everything is this review is 100% accurate with phone records and cancelled checks to prove! All he has to do is pick up the phone, like a man, and have a conversation.

Now, he had several screen protectors on hand, so a nice ample stock. He took her phone, removed the broken protector, cleaned the phone diligently, and put the new phone protector on. All for a whopping $15.00! At the Apple Store, which I love their products and services, the protector would be $50.00 or up. Less than five minutes! Huge cost savings! I left a generous tip, as he was quite nice, personable, and professional. The store was exceptionally clean, parking is on the street or in the public lot behind Main Street. Thank you! On our day out, the staff could not have been more helpful. We checked in very easily, got a thorough yet quick tutorial about the boat, and were on our way. They did not charge us for fuel, or wrapped it into the rental fee, so that what what we paid was what we got. The 19' Boston Whaler Montauk with GPS was great!
