The end result was fantastic, cleaned better than when we bought it! They spent several hours working on the restoring it back to almost new. Worst customer service ever. Explained during booking that I don't have water connection and they made me wait a month to get an interior and exterior detail so the water with mobile access could come. Confirmed details the day before. Set aside 5 hours for the service. Technician shows up and asks where to connect the hose. They wouldn't clean my car and wanted me to reschedule and said the water pump happened to break upon arrival to my residence. Technician left before I even finished talking to the manager. Used Mobile Glo detailing, specifically requested no extra cleaning for pet hair. While i was gone, they charged my wife 50$ extra for pet hair cleaning. They also left the rubber mats stained with dirt, and I had to go back and clean the haze off the inside of all my interior glass left by the "detailer". Upon a request that they simply refund me for the pet cleaning I requested they not do, i was advised it was their "policy" not to refund. read more

I am writing this review in complete disgust, even after the technician came back for the 2nd time and speaking with his supervisor Issac. July 17th, 2026, 2 technicians (later found out only 1 was a technician) showed up at 1pm to detail my Suburban. It was hot and I even gave them ice water twice during the time they were here. At aprox 3:30pm I received a text saying they were done. We run a farm, my husband was out of town with his military unit, a friend had stopped by to help with a few things so I was unable to go inspect the vehicle at that time. The technician had me pay, which was no problem, he had marked the 25% tip which I had no problem with at the time. I had an appointment with my mechanic on July 20th, as I approached my vehicle, there was bugs still all over the front, no tire shine, opened the drivers door and the jam was still dirty. This made me look closer at my vehicle, dog slobber still on the back windows and the door panels, in the pictures you will see that there was even a need cluster in the floor, my back weather tech mat still had mud on it, the steering column still had dust on it, the dash board had swirling marks from a cleaner and the front windshield was so streaked up when the sun hit it, you had a hard time seeing. I immediately sent a text to the number along with the pictures (I will be posting them), I also had missed the 48hrs that I had to report issues because I had not seen the text as I was busy. They immediately responded asking for pictures which I sent. I arrived at my mechanic and he immediately said what happen to your running boards?? I looked and they're now a whitish gray, originally black. I said well I just had it detailed and he asked what chemical they had used because he'd just seen it 2 weeks prior. I said I have no clue, so I texted pictures of that to the number too. I was asked if they could come back on July 25th, I said yes and asked if it would be the same 2 technicians. At 10:38pm, I received a text stating that technicians don't work on the weekends. They also asked to use my electric and water again which didn't make me happy because I've already paid for it and the use of my stuff but ok. We had agreed on July 27th at 10am. They said a supervisor would be here with the technician, I said you mean 2 technicians? They told me only 1 had been here...umm I have cameras around my property so no I can prove it was 2. They said again only a male technician was here, nope there was a male and female. Then they changed the time to 8am on July 27th because a supervisor would be here. Today, July 27th, the male technician appeared by himself, no supervisor. As I watched, no vacuuming was done, just a spray bottle and rag that was used on the interior and exterior. I called the number that had been texting, a female answered. I asked if they did not use soap and water?? She said she was calling the technician and would call me back...yep still no call back. I then get a text saying the technician was done. I went out to inspect my vehicle. Nope, you aren't done when there is still stuff on my door panels. I then asked the technician if it were his vehicle and he had paid for it to be cleaned if he would be satisfied and he stated, No. I asked to speak with a supervisor, so he called Issac. After going around the vehicle to talk to his supervisor, he then brought his phone around and put it on speaker. I then started to explain why I wasn't satisfied and started with the dog slobber, Issac said he had seen the pictures and they were scratch marks. I said to the technician, tell the truth and he then stated that I was correct. We also went over the list of what was suppose to be done. I was informed because my seat are gray (leather) that they couldn't clean them, not even dirt in the creases. I have asked for a full refund and Issac said he would have to talk to management to see if that could be done. I am very upset, I have seen so many good reviews but now it makes me wonder if that's the only ones that they post. I have given enough time for them to make this right but nothing. Now they have blocked me on the mobileglodetailing High Point on Facebook because I keep posting my review with the pictures! What type of company does that?? A shady one! FYI I absolutely hate giving a bad review and that's why it took me so long to do this, but I feel I have given plenty of time for them to correct this huge issue. read more

Unprofessional and lack of accountability. Extremely disappointed at the lack of professionalism. Scheduled a detailing with Christopher for Monday Jan 12th, which he rescheduled the night before due to car issues. Tuesday Jan 13th @ 9 am we were supposed to have it done, but he didn't show up, blocked my personal number from calls, I called from work number, and he acted like he didn't know that no one showed up, followed up with him 15 minutes later, and my work number is blocked. I ended up seeing them online on a social media platform. I was skeptical at first, but I reached out. The was on point extremely polite over the phone setting up the appointment. Straight A+ customer service. I had detailing services to my Expedition and F250. The expedition is my family car and my F250 is my work truck. Both were extremely dirty. Interior & exterior I wanted to see what they could do. They sent out Tanner and Sean. Both very polite young men early 20s. They were out there for six hours and it was 40° weather. At the very end of it I was extremely thankful for what they had to do look beautiful and I couldn't say anything bad about this company.
