Warning: In my opinion, my experience involved deceptive business practices. I called Dynasty Automotive before my appointment and specifically asked two questions: how much the A/C diagnostic would cost and how they would determine what was wrong with my vehicle. I was told the diagnostic would cost about $120 and that they would use a diagnostic tool to identify the problem. After waiting about an hour, I was told they could not diagnose the issue unless I first authorized a $471 A/C recharge, and that I should just let the Freon leak out to see if there was a leak. I was effectively left with two choices: pay about $120 for a "diagnostic" that would provide no diagnosis, or pay $471 for a Freon recharge without knowing whether it would fix the problem, just to continue the diagnosis. Feeling backed into a corner, I approved the recharge. Only after the recharge was completed was I told the evaporator was leaking and given a repair estimate of over $4,100. Later, I was told the dryer listed on the estimate was only a recommendation. What concerned me most were the inconsistent explanations. During my visit, I was told the leak had been identified using water from a water bottle. Later, I was told the recharge was necessary to identify the leak. Those two explanations cannot both be true. I requested a partial refund because I believe the need for a $471 recharge should have been disclosed when I specifically asked how the diagnostic would be performed. Posting on behalf of my elderly mother: she spent over $2,000 at Dynasty Automotive (about $1,450 on a fuel pump and another diagnostic/software update), yet her BMW still had the same acceleration issue it came in with. A week after the repair, the problem returned, and their "solution" was to recommend replacing all four catalytic converters and all four O sensors -- an extremely expensive job -- but they never provided clear test results to prove it. I love my car, so when something is wrong with it, I try to take it to a good doctor...er, I mean mechanic. A few weeks ago, my car started doing something that it had never done before. When I turned the key to ignite the engine, the engine would struggle for a bit, and then when the car turned on, all of my alarms and lights would start flashing. This was especially embarrassing in public because it looked like I was breaking into my own car. This obviously seemed like an electrical issue, so I brought it over to my usual mechanic who shall not be named here. They said that they don't do electrical work and recommended that I take it to the dealership. As we all know, even driving past your dealership will cost you $100, so I decided to check around for local mechanics who do electric work. Dynasty Auto was one of the first ones I checked out, and the Yelp reviews convinced me to give them a shot. I brought my car in and just as I figured, it was an electrical problem. However, it was a big one. I needed a part replaced. Dynasty offered me the option to go new or used. I went with used because it would save me some money. When the used part came in, they immediately called me to inform me that the used part was garbage and that they wouldn't send me and my car out of there with something like that. I really appreciated their honesty because I've had mechanics put faulty parts in my car in the past. So, the only option was to buy a new part instead of used. Long story short, it took a bit for the new part to get installed and programmed correctly, but on the upside, my car is back to normal, and Dynasty charged me for the used price instead of the new one to compensate my inconvenience. Through every step of the way, they took the time to explain what was wrong, what needed to be done, and what steps they were taking to get it done. I can't stress enough how strongly I recommend Dynasty if you need work done on your car. They're honest people, they charge reasonable prices, and they beyond the call of duty to make sure your car is back in good shape. I found Dynasty just looking to get an alignment for my BMW and they did an excellent job, but it still pulled to the right. I had Michelins, but they were original tires and very old. It felt like I was driving on the rims until they replaced them with Uniroyals in my budget. Then my friend took his Nissan Frontier to them and had such a good experience with the front end work that he took his wife's Honda van for AC repair. These guys are professional and fair priced. Very nice people. They found out what was wrong with my car, clearly explained it to me and fixed it at a reasonable price. Also let me know that one of my belts would need to be changed soon, but that I could wait to change it if I wasn't able to get it done just yet. In other words, they don't insist you get unnecessary work done simply to make money like some auto shops do. They were able to fix my car quicker than expected and actually charged me less than quoted because of it. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get their car fixed in Orlando! Came here because my car was throwing a p0420 code. No my car wasn't smoking (pun intended). I was worried that I may need a new catylictic converter which would run about 1,100 minimum. After running diagnostics they found it was the cheapest and easiest solution. The mechanic recommended a fuel cleaning that's injected through rather than an additive. He stated that there was an 85 percent chance it would work. Well it did. I could t have been more ecstatic knowing it was something so easy. Honest shop ran by nice people. We've used several mechanics in the East Orlando area over the last few years and many were good ...but expensive. In doing price comparisons I came across Dynasty and I've never been disappointed. Their work is top notch, they always will to discuss issues and them usually diagnose and even fix simple things for free. I took my time to write this to be completely sure it was fair. I brought two vehicles here at different times for different reasons. Both of them continued having problems. I won't deny their prizes are competitive; but if you don't deliver...what does it matter?! Every time I took a car here, there was something missing or lose, strange sounds, or other problems for which I needed to return. It almost felt like a vicious cycle of needing more and more. This is thus far the worst shop I've been to, not only they lied about adjusting the height of my car but also the attitude from the owner and cashier were beyond what I would call decent or professional. I chose this place because I always see nice performance cars parking in the front plus they have their own racing team. It gave me confident that they could do the job correctly. I recently installed coilovers on my Lexus and forgot to adjust the rear springs to be the same height before putting them on, plus I needed to do an alignment. I called and asked for a quote, they told me ride height adjustment and alignment for car is $250, so made an appointment and went there the next day. I dropped off my car at 11am and spoke briefly with the tech that was gonna work on my car, I told him my request was simple, I just need him to adjust the rear driver side height to be the same as rear passenger and dont worry about the front. He understood the task and told me it would be a quick and easy job and everything will be done in 1.5 hours. I left and came back at 12:45, assuming my car was done or soon. To my surprise, the car was still on the lift with the wheel off but nothing was done. I waited another 1.5 hours before walking up to the owner and the cashier and told them my concerns. Instead of apologizing for the delay, they took an aggressive attitude towards me and said not to rush them if I want to do the job done "correctly" and if they know my car was gonna take this long, they wouldnt let the tech work on it or charge me just $250, so either I continue waiting or have them put everything back the way it was and just pay $80 for the labor thus far. Obviously, I have been waiting for 3 hours already, theres no point to stop the service, yet having to pay them without any work being done to my car, so I agreed to keep waiting. I was really disappointed so I waited the owner to go outside and had a convo with him, I explained to him how it was abnormally long to adjust one corner of the car, my car isnt exotic nor high performance, the rear has a divorced strut and spring set up, which required the control arm to be dropped to adjust the spring. But there are many cars nowadays with that set up so it's nothing new or difficult. Once again, he got defensive and told me he wouldnt accept the job if it was taking this long and every car is different, he blamed on the stripped bolt, but from my understanding, everything was fine when I put all the bolts back in during installation. He also said that his tech only does suspension work so he is good at it and there is no reason to doubt his tech's skills. I went back inside and waited another 30 mins, the cashier informed me the work was done, I paid and went outside to check on my car. To my surprise, the height was still uneven, it was exactly the same as when I dropped it off, I called the tech out and show him what I saw, he told me the car was on the lift for too long and it hasnt settled down yet but he took it for a test drive and neither side in the rear was scraping and I just need to drive a little while to see the height get even again. I was still not convinced but he told me that is the truth and I could talk to the owner again or come back if im not satisfied. I drove my car for a week and it was still uneven height, I decided to adjust myself because the owner didnt look happy about my car taking too long and I doubted that he wants to deal with me again, I called my credit card company and filed a claim because the service wasnt performed correctly. When I took my spring off, the adjustment was exactly the same as when I installed it so the tech didnt even touch it, yet he told me he adjust it 1.25 inches to match with the other side. My guess is that he couldnt drop the control arm down all the way to loosen the tension on the spring and therefore couldnt adjust it. I discovered a piece of plastic that situate between the spring and spring perch got deformed from incorrect placement, I guess they forced their way and it displaced this plastic piece. read more

I went here for a repair on my Nissan Murano in July of 2017. When I arrived the mechanic diagnosed the problem as spark plugs needing replaced and tried to sell me on some flush for my engine that I didn't need for an extra 100.00 . The spark plug replacement was 345.00 with the labor because they claim my car requires special plugs. I asked if the wires could possibly need replacing since I wanted to know exactly the cost because I was on a budget. The owner assured me that the Murano has no wires and that the problem was definitely spark plug only. I agreed only to the spark plugs. They told me I had a misfire on spark plug number 5. I asked if I could just change one he said no because eventually they all would go bad. Just as they were finishing the repair they called and told me that now number 4 is misfiring and that is the real problem was an ignition coil on 4. And I should replace that one. I told them that when one coil goes bad isn't it likely all of them are bad and how could they not have told me that before they started the repair. Now they wanted 600 more dollars to fix all 6 ignition coils or an extra 100 to only fix one. Of course I was blindsided and wasn't prepared to pay that but I felt cheated and pressured into the repair without having the option to get a 2nd opinion. So I let them fix the one coil and my car was running again. Which led me to believe that it was the ignition coil from the start and they just misled me to get more money out of me.Fast forward to a month later today August 15th 2017 my car starts doing the same thing I initially brought the car in for repair for. They diagnose it and guess what it's the ignition coils again this time it's number 3. Which means that I spent 345 on spark plugs for nothing because the problem was always the ignition coils. And they knew that either way I would have to spend the money whether they fixed one then because the spark plugs were never the issue. The owner said he would fix the coils for 580.00 What a rip off. Do not go to these people. They will get your car on the repair block for one price and start doing other things after the fact to get more money. And your car is still not fixed. The warranty is a sham to charge you more for parts they are not really OEM. If I could give a zero I would. Liars and cheaters beware or you will wish you did. read more

Everything was done at a reasonable time at reasonable prices, and they don't try to upsell random stuff you don't need. Finding actual REAL shops like this are extremely rare. If I could, I would give ZERO STARS! I went in for a routine oil change on my 09 TSX, in the beginning all was good, speedy service and friendly customer service! The day following my oil change while on the highway I noticed an aggressive grinding coming from under my car, and before I knew it my splash guard/skid plate had flown off! It was clear to me that the tech assisting my vehicle had either forgotten to tighten the plate back or didn't secure it back in place at all! I called this place back to which I was being told this was not their fault, instead they tell me it's my fault and they are not liable. Ok I know people/employees make mistakes, all I wanted was for them to take responsibility and screw my skid plate back on, how it was originally, I have been in this job field and know this is a common mistake. I was left without a skid plate leaving my vehicle at the mercy of the elements. The Asian-like front desk attendant just kept making me feel as if this is my own doing and they didn't even want to look at the car telling me aggressively, my guys never took your plate off, which is a flat out lie. This is why it's a lie, the attendant then tells me the tech that was changing my oil the day before noticed the skid plate was loose and never brought it to my attention, the only thing they told me the day of the oil change is if I wanted a new air filter, I call B.S! They forgot to put my stuff back together and didn't want to own up to it. Upon closer inspection when I got home, I noticed these dirtbags didn't even change the oil filter on my car! WOW! These people have proven to be dishonest and scammers which has left me with a skewed vision towards these kind of places! BUYER BEWARE! Go to this place at your own risk!! I will not be returning to this place or any in all honesty, I'll be doing my own service on my vehicle from here on, so much for ethics in business!! If you must absolutely come here, do yourself an EXTREME FAVOR and inspect your vehicle INTENSELY before departing the parking lot and ask all the question you need to before you go, because once you leave, they will not be helpful to you in the event of malpractice!! read more

I just moved here from Houston Texas. Not knowing where to find a good import auto care, I called several places but they were just as expensive as the Mercedes dealers. One particular auto place doesn't work on Mercedes. However, the lady recommended me to Dynasty Automotive. I had my GL450 oil change and diagnostics done at Dynasty Automotive. The owner were very nice and charged cheaper than anyone I called in Orlando area. Everyone I called charges between $100-$200 for oil change on a Mercedes. This place did it for $80 plus tax = $92. But more importantly, they are friendly and got the job done swiftly and with quality service. Oh by the way, the owner didn't charged me for the diagnosis. Very nice guy. While I was waiting in the lobby, I heard Chi, the owner explaining the services to each customer. He took his time explaining the services to me as well. Most places they just give you the invoices and that's it. I'm one of those people that knows nothing about cars. So I do appreciate he explained the services and advised me on my next service to fix the issue I have on my GL450. I will bring my CLK500 Mercedes to this place for oil change next and any services needed. I have no reason to go to Mercedes or any other place for services. Thank you Mr. Chi! I am writing this review on the service that was conducted by Dynasty Auto LLC which cost me $1,480.32 in total charge(s) but they failed to fix my car properly. The rear air suspension of my car (Mercedes-Benz E500, 2004 model year) needed replacement (only the left rear air spring) per diagnosis performed by another car service garage but the problem was not as severe so I was advised to wait. Once the problem become severe I could not get the car to that garage due to distance being long and I went to DYNASTY AUTO LLC. I initially consulted with DYNASTY AUTO LLC about the pricing on labor and parts. The part price was higher that what I could find on the internet (Advantage auto parts, AutoZone, Amazon etc.); so I asked if could buy the part and whether they could install the part. The owner of the DYNASTY AUTO LLC said yes and gave me a cost estimate for the labor. We agreed and I ordered the part from Amazon and brought back to DYNASTY AUTO LLC a few days after with my car (Thr. July 30, 2015). On Friday at noon, July, 31, 2015, the owner of the DYNASTY AUTO LLC informed me by phone that the part was for a different type of Mercedes Benz and cannot be installed. I said fine, I will get the right part and return the one that was wrong. He said, the car is on the lift already and old part had been removed so it will cost me money and labor time to put the old part again. I said just leave the car where it is and I will get the part ASAP. He said he will have to charge me for the duration of time that the car is in the garage. I found this unacceptable and asked him what the alternatives are. He said that they can buy the parts through their connections. I asked him the price, he gave me something like $485.00. I said fine, go ahead. Then he said, well we will have to replace both the defective suspension on the rear left and the one on the right which was NOT defective. He told me that both rear air suspensions must be replace together. I did not find this convincing since they are independent suspension and on top each part is $528.00 per item would double the cost of bot parts and the labor (additional 3 hours). He insisted that this is the only option I have. I was not happy but I had to comply since either way he was going to charge me whether hey repair the car or not. This was a dishonest communication. I went there to get my car on the following day (Sat at noon, Aug. 01, 2015). He told me that the parts were installed. Right at that moment, I noticed that the car was not even all around. He told me that it would level itself after driving (the computer will adjust the height on all corners). I decided to get the car inspected by an independent garage the same day. I took the car to Cars and More European Car Service Center on 10109 E. Colonial Dr., Orlando, FL on the same day at around 12:30-1PM, Saturday, Aug. 1, 2015. I told the service owner and the chief mechanic about the repairs and asked them to assess whether: I have collected three independent opinions from different garages. 1. The 1st opinion came from Cars and More European Car Service Center, 10109 E. Colonial Dr. Orlando, FL. The owner of the garage and the chief mechanic stated that only the defective part needed to be replaced not both and the installed parts were rubbing against the shock absorbers and this could cause a problem if the airbag should fail while driving. The shop chief mechanic and the owner also stated that the air suspensions installed are the wrong ones. I immediately went back to DYNASTY AUTO LLC on the same day around 3 PM (Saturday, Aug.1, 2015) and told the garage owner the problems in person. He did not agree with my three points and said that they will be fine and insisted that both parts needed replacement and the parts were installed properly and they will not cause failure due to touching to the shock absorbers. He also told me that these are the original Arnott parts although Arnott parts available on their web site shows a different one which in fact is same as what I had originally on my car. I also called Arnott phone line and spoke with a representative of the Arnott and I was told by the person at Arnott that the part should be same as the one shown on the Arnot web site and not the one installed on my car. 2. The 2nd opinion came form Eurotech German Car Service, 659 Nicolet Ave, Winter Park, FL. Eurotech stated that only the defective part needed to be replaced and the installed parts were rubbing against the shocks and this could cause a problem if the airbag should fail while driving. Eurotech also stated that the air suspensions installed are the wrong ones. They gave me an estimate to replace these at a cost of $1,767.00. 3. The 3rd opinion came from Mercedes Benz Dealership, Service Department, 801 North Rolando Ave. Maitland.I do not see anywhere in Mercedes-Benz literature that requires replacement of both air springs at the same time". read more
