George his Detailer installed new leather seats I had purchased to replace the old one that had cracked. I thought I could do that job myself but when I read about how detailed it is with the connected airbags and the seat disassembly I decided to call a professional. Drakes gave a great quote and they did fantastic work. I even had them do a showroom detail while I was there and the car now looks like it just came off the lot. With the replacement seats up front and the newly cleaned and conditioned rear it looks amazing. I just need to break the front seats in a bit because I had not removed them from the box to let them flatten. By the way Blanca the leather seamstress does incredible work. Before you buy anything online to install you should stop to see what she can do. It's very reasonably priced and exceptional quality. For the exterior George was great! His buffing detail was amazing and he even touched up a couple of paint chips with the tiny little brushes that he has. A gentleman stopped by to get gas at the adjoining Sunoco service station and he walked over to see how my car was turning out. He had a 2014 Chevy SUV that was black like mine with heavy oxidation. He couldn't believe how new my paint looked after the claybar and buff. And it was even before the full wax. He said he'll be back next week. My car had suffered a bit…read moreof an upholstery injury during the last repair, when a field mouse or some rodent got into the car and proceeded to make a nest out of anything it could chew- including the fabric on my backseat. I called and spoke directly to Lane. Wow! And owner who answers the phone! I made an appointment later in the week so he could take a look at it. When I arrived, I met Lane, and he was really easy to get along with. Personable guy. He took a look and then went over the fabric options and gave me an estimate. Then he took down my info and we made an appointment for me to drop off the car. I stopped by a bit too early and the shop wasn't open. I sent a text message ti the office phone and thankfully it went through! My car was taken care of in one day. I was unable to return to pick up my car so Lane figured out a plan to have my car available to me whenever I could come. I thought it was very nice that he called to see how he could help facilitate me getting my car back, while keeping it safe for me in the lot. The work was completed and was the price he estimated (although the shop owner paid for the work). It was done on time, matches almost perfectly, and looks pretty good. See before and after pics. Based on reviews alone, I immediately reached out to Ernesto and he answered on the first try! After explaining the situation, he agreed to review pics. Within 5 minutes he responded with a thorough explanation of the items authenticity, and provided recommendations on next steps to restore. He told me it was a greay opportunity for a one of a kind piece of furniture. I asked him for a quote and jumped at the opportunity to schedule the work. The quote was that reasonable. I figured what did I have to lose? We scheduled an appointment to complete the work within the week. His business is completely mobile which is an added plus. He arrived on time with tools and equipment. He estimated 2 1/2 hours to complete the job - it was completed in two hours and 15 minutes. I watched the entire process as he transformed dirty, damaged leather and brought it back to life. Absolutely fascinating melting leather, sanding, buffing, dying. I hope I'm not giving away trade secrets!! It was like magic to say nothing of how charming, neat, professional, and courteous Ernesto is. it was the most delightful experience with a contractor that I have had in a very long time. I highly recommend Ernesto for his deep domain expertise in this niche leather restoration market - absolutely incredible. And to top it off, he says he could've made it look even better, but he was conscious of my budget. I just had to laugh because it looks like new now. Super well done Ernesto. Thank you.
