I asked why they cannot get the key and was told they don't have the blanks In simple terms, if you can't offer service then don't advertise that you offer service. If you run out of stock, say so and graciously apologize. I understand that it happens. But an offer of snarly attitude is unacceptable. Needless to say, a lousy retail experience.
