(Please note that she is also a reviewer in this Google review, which shows that this company pads their reviews) She didn't attend any obligation that she committed to, none of the walk throughs, and didn't attend the closing. The builder suggested for us to resign the agent early on but we kept her on due to her being a friend of my wife. This agency will tell you anything to get a deal but doesn't follow through. We were promised a specific gift if we closed on the house...to date this didn't happen. We were confronted with malicious messages from Jennifer about me being hostile. I urge anyone reading this to message me so I show what the messages were and I will include a video of the conversation. It's truly unbelievable the lack of care, accountability and the lies these agents have. They made a dream experience into a terrible experience. We brought this issue to the brokerage for resolution. Blake ignored my 2 voice messages and calls. Mikaela talked to my wife and made up some nonsense, which it was clear that there was prompted conversation from the agent. To date, the brokerage and the agent have not completed the promises that they had. These people lack integrity. Watch out for realtors that try to be flashy, that don't put their promises on paper, and don't do what they say they will do. This is why people feel like they can't trust realtors. Don't use this brokerage nor any of their agents. It is our family's greatest mistake to bring business here.

Upon later reviewing the brokerage's website, I was unsettled to discover that this individual, Brooke Doumer, is also a real estate agent with the firm. As a professional representing her brokerage in a public setting, her behavior was highly inappropriate and unprofessional. I did observe Blake, who was seated across from her, attempt to address the situation; however, she dismissed his concerns with an eye roll, showing no remorse for her words. I have great respect for Blake, Makayla, and their team, as they consistently strive to serve both their clients and our community with integrity. I am sharing this review to bring awareness to how such behavior can reflect on an otherwise well-respected business and in the hope that appropriate action will be taken in alignment with their professional standards.

We were never provided with information about who they were, whether they were licensed or qualified to perform the work, or what company they represented. As a tenant with a family and young children, I found that deeply concerning. During one visit, an individual made comments about prior criminal activity that were alarming to hear inside our home. Regardless of the context, that is not something any tenant should experience while strangers are being sent into a residence occupied by a family with children. Overall, the quality of the work, the lack of professionalism, and the apparent absence of oversight left me with very little confidence that tenant safety or well-being was a priority. Renters deserve a home that is maintained, safe, sanitary, and reasonably free from conditions that interfere with everyday living. They deserve timely repairs, qualified and professional service providers, transparent communication, respect for their home and family, and to have legitimate concerns taken seriously rather than dismissed. They also deserve to be treated with professionalism, honesty, and accountability. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.
