THIS IS WHAT SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT!…read more Had an electrical problem on my rig and was without power to my A/C and Refrigerator on a day in Phoenix when the forecast was for 116 F. Called RV Doctor based on a local recommendation and phone was answered directly by the owner, Darryl Giffen. That was a very pleasant surprise as most phone calls for service are typically routed to a receptionist who simply schedules an appointment. Darryl at RV Doctor actually took the time to listen to what the problem was and what the symptoms were. He had me walk through the troubleshooting I had already completed and my findings. Based on that, he quickly identified the possible problems and how I could rectify them. Within 5 mins of my call to RV Doctors, my A/C and Fridge were back on line. I very much appreciated RV Doctor's approach to serving their customer and am only too glad to pass along my experience and recommendation for those looking for honest, competent, professional service. Darryl, you saved the day!

We called Darryl Giffen, owner of RV Doctor, and explained our situation with dates we would arrive and be at a campground in Apache Junction Arizona. He was very pleasant and supportive of our situation. He worked with us to schedule a date in advance while we were in an agreed upon location or campground. Upon arrival at the campground we notified him of our site and within an hour he arrived to tackle the job we requested. He was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable while explaining what he could do and how he would go about it. He completed the job to our satisfaction and at a reasonable price. He was one of the best RV Repair Techs we have ever met on the road. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of RV repairs.

They diagnosed the problem as a failed converter but didn't have the replacement. Upon return to the valley, I contacted the local national RV dealer that wanted me to go through the cost of rediagnosing the converter problem. I looked on the internet for an authorized Tiffin dealer and found EV RV Specialist. I spoke with Josh, explained the issue with the converter. He got be a quick appointment, provided an appropriate time frame and kept me posted on the repair. I found the entire experience, timely, economical, professional and friendly. Bruce B. I brought my 2022 Class A Winnebago Vista in a few months ago as the back up camera said no signal…read more East Valley said the camera was "fried" and the repair estimate to fix it was $702. That was a lot but I figured I wanted everything to work correctly when I get ready to sell it so I agreed. I was told the motorhome was done so when I picked it up, I asked Josh the front desk guy to show me that the camera worked. Guess what, it didn't. East Valley went back to work and "oops", it also needs a new cable. It would take two guys 8 hours to install it and it would cost thousands with the parts and labor. I asked Management through Josh what they could do to make this right. Their answer was "nothing" as the camera was bad anyway so I was out $702. I bought a wireless camera and installed it myself for under $150. My advice is stay away from East Valley RV Specialists. Josh is a nice guy but the rest of the place sucks in my opinion.
