The employees are helpful and caring but the ownership is mediocre at best. The company needs to be ran completely different from top down.

For the love of GOD don't. Dr. Joy Jordan will recommend you to go to CASE or CLEVELAND INSTITUTE…read morelocated on Lee because they are "the first available." I went for a cleaning and KEPT being referred to CLEVELAND DENTAL INSTITUTE which is a place for students or foreign doctors who are trying to acclimate to UNITED STATES care. They are horrible. Got referred by Dr Jordan for a root canal and they broke that tooth and upon temporarily filling the one they broke for a crown, CDI broke AN ADJACENT PERFECTLY HEALTHY TOOTH. So now I have 2 broken teeth that I didn't have before I got recommended to CDI. While I was waiting to be seen (bc I had to keep going due to my crappy dental coverage) a woman was complaining about her veneers continuing to GALL OUT. BTW the same kept happening to my fillings and they don't answer the phone at CDI so I kept having to waste gas for walk ins. PLEASE DON'T because after being irritated Dr. Joy will give up on you too. Don't say you weren't forewarned.

The nurse practitioner dismissed my complaints and tried to say I was mentally disturbed. I was told that I would receive a referral in the mail for a chest ex ray because they didn't do them at the Saint Clair office. I waited and waited and nothing. I made another appointment at the Superior office for February 20th online. When I arrived I was told there was no appointment made. and that I ex rays only took place at the Saint Clair office. They advised me to go back to saint Clair office and find out what happened to my referral and to have the ex ray. I drove back to the Saint Clair office and the same practitioner lied to me and told me that I was confused and had my info wrong. She told me that I had to tell them what hospital wanted the referral to (something she had not previously told me). I was finally given an ex- ray. It's been three months since my first complaint , meanwhile I feel like the lump in my left chest has grown and the lump on my right clavicle has been giving me pain. I will seek another opinion but I can assure you if they find something serious I will be contacting legal representation. This is outrageous!! They are supposed to be helping the community and all they are doing is standing in the way of decent healthcare. I am truly disgusted!!! I don't trust these people. They will mess up your health and try to blame it on you!!!

You can pack on the salad for under $5. They have a weekly menu to take with you or you can print it off from their website. They have many options besides the salad bar... fish-breaded/fried or baked, burgers made to order, veggie burgers made to order, a daily soup, prepared sandwiches... it is a nice change from fast food or an expensive restaurant in the area. The fresh choices always get my attention. Most hospital's cafeterias are full of canned vegetables and applesauce... bravo! Thank you for the great work lunches. You will need to park at a meter, my coworkers and I carpool and this makes the parking easier. I have never tried their breakfast foods, but my coworkers claim it's fabulous and tastiest in the area... the French toast and grits are their favorites.

My favorite dishes are: the daily variety of hot soups (and salt free Keebler crackers), the Salad Bar, the grilled Hamburger and Turkey Burger station, the Pasta Dishes offered and their delecious Hot Wings. Additionally, for breakfast, I enjoy their French Toast, Scrambled Eggs, and Hot Grits (which are some of the tastiest in the downtown Cleveland area).
