If you are looking for a holistic doctor locally Dr. Sonnie may be the one for you. I only went to…read moreone appointment and had a Vitamin C IV to reve up my immune system. I have gone to Dr Brownstein in Bloomfield Hills Michigan previously ( he is good and rather famous and I recommend his newsletter) but it is a long way to go. Dr. Sonnie follows in the same tradition, but is near to home. Holistic doctors are more about curing the condition than just treating the symptoms which I find typical in hospitals like the Cleveland Clinic which I also go to.

I had tried to work with other doctors who based their treatments solely on western techniques…read more None of them could believe I was having such difficulty with my health, and tending to assume their textbook approaches to my symptoms were the right way to go. These men and women were 100% hands down dead wrong; I was suffering and dying because my doctors wouldn't treat the cause of my problems. Unfortunately, I was forced to take it upon myself to fly out of state (which was Massachusetts at the time) to an MD who would know what he was talking about. Dr. Clifford Sonnie is that man. I received immediate, friendly care from everyone at that office. They gave me tests I requested and didn't force tests on me. After receiving IV treatment, the results strengthened my health after the first hour. Dr. Sonnie has found the main enemy to my health and he is blowing it away. I became sick when I lived in Germany years ago. Somehow, I was contaminated by heavy metals. The 1930s Germans developed Chelation therapy to treat their own workers who were contaminated. Perhaps I lived on top of what was once a factory? I'm taking great medicine that appears to be working. One problem I've had daily for years has virtually disappeared overnight. I have no regrets about the expenses incurred for the trip. It was worth it. I'm going back for more treatment soon!

If I could give this facility no stars I would! The owner Robert Wallace never returned phone calls,…read moreor emails that were sent to him in regards to the cleanliness of the facility. Groupon buyer beware, once you book an appt with them they mark it redeemed on your end even if it's weeks ahead from now. Therefore, it shows as being used and there's nothing you can do! The man that greeted me at the door came with a mouth full of food after waiting 5 minutes for anyone to show there face ti greet me!! Then he asked who are you? Completely rude and acted put upon for asking questions when he gave a run down of the facility. He never explained how to use the equipment properly. He pointed to rooms where your supposed to go and the was the end of it!!! After going into the spa tub I noticed it was not cleaned, there was hair in it, the tub sides had grease on it and the tv/music in the room never worked. All you could hear is loud jets of the tub and the water stayed luke warm. I went to the desk to ask about this and again this young kid disappeared and no where to be found and another customer waiting to be spoken to standing there! I saw NO disinfectant sprays or towel avail for them to clean with or for the use of the customer. They have a facility with so many different things going on you can assure yourself it's a money making business just to get you in and tell you all the great things that will help improve you when it's all nothing but old used equipment. The facility itself was not clean and looked dingy. Another store front put up in strongsville trying to rip off customers and promise them the world with all the healing devices, as opposed to really seeking out professionals that have the proper equipment in there office and regulated by medical professionals. Not someone off the street to just sign up for the job to fill in as a body! Terribly disappointing and never got back my money after repeatedly calling and sending emails. Poorly run establishment, lack of customer service, unsanitary and way overpriced for what you think your supposedly buying off the pictures from there website! Don't be fooled this is not what it looks like online! They try to get you in to buy package deals and then your stuck being out the money! Don't fall for it, save your money. Groupon won't back you up on the dispute either bc they mark it used the minute you call to make an appt! No stars for me!!!

I can only speak in depth about my experience, but I have spoken with a multitude of other patients who have experiences around negligence, overpriced care, and "one size fits all" approach to treatment plans. I was very hopeful about partnering with Dr. Bluett. My quick health background: I have had health issues for 10 years or so. I have confirmed MTHFR mutation (homozygous C677T), have diagnosed Endometriosis (3 surgeries), removed gallbladder and appendix, genetic thyroid disorders (suspected hashimotos, historical hypothyroid), eating disorder (recovered now for 3 years). I have worked with multiple healers/mainstream doctors/naturopaths/etc.I consider myself very involved in my health, researching about the body, hormones, etc. and I have a strong foundation of health due to my journey in trying to find my own health. DR. BLUETT / BLUETT INTEGRATIVE HEALTH BULLET REVIEW: I gave 1 Star simply because Dr. Bluett is certainly very, very knowledgable about health and wellness especially when it comes to the intensive understanding of hormonal pathways / mutations. I took away 4 Stars because of the following: - My first 1-hour session with her was spent entirely with her showcasing her knowledge of MTHFR, the hormonal blockages that can happen in a body and why. While this was very interesting to learn about, I wasn't looking for a teacher; I was looking for someone to review MY specific health case and create a plan based on my history. This is not where she excels or even performs at a satisfactory level. She will impress you with her knowledge and get you excited about the information. - I filled out a lengthly intake form that she had well before my appointment and during my first appointment not one piece of information was reviewed. She hardly even looked through the important pieces of info in there (ie: medical history, mental health, etc.). She focused the whole time on educating me about MTHFR. She did not review, address, or incorporate my medical history into her plan of action. - Her plan of action included 5-6 new supplements. I had a terrible reaction. This would have been caught had she applied my background with Endo, blocked detox pathways, etc. - MOST IMPORTANTLY: I had a major surgery in April, I saw her in June. I told her I had that surgery, the information was in my medical packet as well. I had blood in my urine in May (doctors knew this, and I had 3 UTIs post-op, suspected catheter side effect). I saw her in June and had -again- blood in urine. Not sure why as it should have been gone by now, and she was slightly concerned. Gave me urine cup to take home. Blood in urine continued. Did at-home urine test: blood, UTI marker, etc. Dr. Bluett had me purchase Willow Bark for Pain and a concentrated herbal capsule for my suspected UTI (that was now unattended to for 10 days. I had blood in my urine and suspected UTI for 10 days before she even started to treat). She says to update her in a couple of days. I do. I do not hear from her. I hear only from front desk. She is out of country for 2 weeks, without *any type of doctor to refer me to for help during this time.* Again: a vacation is fine, but to leave patients without a proper substitution to go to for medical help when they are mid-treatment is irresponsible and negligent. I ended up with severe kidney pain, nausea, fevers and more....a kidney infection. I went on intense antibiotics and have been navigating the side of effect of this negligence ever since (it is September) due to the progression of the UTI into a kidney infection.

It's varied services bring relief from a vast array of ailments, and it's practitioners are top-notch and friendly. My interest there has lain with Quantum Indigo Biofeedback, a practice I'd read about for years but hadn't tried. As luck would have it the practitioner is a reiki master named Sandy who is a kind, knowledgable, talented person who truly cares about people and their issues. The results garnered have been nothing short of amazing! In addition to attention and treatment of my known ailments, biofeedback has addressed the core factors at play, giving me a much deeper understanding of my body and the toll that every day life takes on it. And with Sandy at the helm of the machine, I always feel that much closer to solving the great mystery of what goes on beneath my body's surface. Do your-self a favor and give biofeedback a try!

You're pushed through like cattle and then $1200 later, you are none the better. Doctors don't keep up with their patients. They don't answer emails or calls. They prescribe meds and never call them in. Their phone numbers, though different on paper, all ring to the very same phone bank. You then get transferred 3-4 times before someone picks up or you get disconnected and have to begin the entire process all over again. It's impossible to get someone on the phone just to make an appointment and when you do, they either don't show up (Dr. Allison Myers) or when they do, they hurry you through an assessment (Dr. Talbot), cut you off mid-sentence, and then refer you to another doctor (Kelsey MacDougal) who doesn't take the time to even review a piece of your chart much less the entire chart before meeting you. It's a joke. We filled out paperwork when we checked in for an appointment with Dr. Talbot. The answers we gave were ignored. It felt like a whirlwind of a visit. They also like to give their buddies a hand in the pot, if you know what I mean. They refer you to unnecessary practitioners. If you go here, get an itemized bill and make sure they're on the up and up when they charge you or your insurance for something. I saw a charge listed as "surgical" on my bill and I wasn't even in the proximity of a surgeon! I'm waiting on my itemized bill and I will edit this review when I receive it. I feel like those who don't know as much about insurance and medicine (I am in medicine), could really be taken advantage of and get lost in the system. They're not good people. Period. Don't go to anyone. I've sent a note to the head of the hospital who then had someone else call me to do damage control. (The nurse that is head of outpatient.) This man (the head of the hospital) didn't even follow up with me nor did he email me back. They just keep bouncing people back and forth. I can see how people would just give up and not seek the treatment they deserve. Metrohealth...DO BETTER. You owe the Community so much more. Also, I spent an hour and a half on the phone with the head of pediatrics and he made us some appointments that turned out bogus. As stated earlier, Dr. Myers was a no show. But, she magically put a note in our chart that she did a "telephone" visit. We've never heard this woman's voice much less seen her. That is fraud. Then I was told by Ginger, the receptionist, to "call any time if I run into any more issues." I called and left a message early this morning regarding an urgent matter, it's almost 10pm and nothing. If this doesn't convince you to not seek the care of practitioners in this system, I don't know what will. No matter who you are, YOU DESERVE BETTER. Don't settle. Zero stars.
