What was especially concerning was that, while I was having a separate, civil conversation with another employee about my issue, Renee interrupted that phone call as well. I found her conduct to be unprofessional and unnecessary. I understand that employees handle many calls every day, but taxpayers also deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect.
