Pros: Filled out their online form and immediately got a text to confirm my appointment time. I had a few questions before committing (didn't want to waste money if they couldn't help), and while the initial contact was admin, they quickly had a nurse call me directly to answer everything. Huge plus. The nurse arrived exactly on time. I was in rough shape from heat exhaustion after golfing two days earlier and unable to keep food or water down for 48 hours. I got a hydration package with B12, another vitamin blend, and 8 mg of Zofran. First bag didn't help much, so he asked if I wanted a second. YES. Still nauseous, but he kept things light (told me I took it "like a champ") and even played with my dog while I was basically useless. Really nice guy and very professional. Cons: When I asked what B12 actually does, he only said "something cellular." For ER-trained nurses (as advertised), I expected a bit more detail. I have high anxiety (noted on my intake form), and my nervous system was already fried from all the vomiting. I ended up needing more Xanax than usual to calm down and later read online that B12 can sometimes increase anxiety. Between that and only feeling maybe 10% better afterward, I spent the rest of the night miserable. Overall: The hydration definitely gave my body what it needed, even if I didn't feel drastically better right away. Everyone's body reacts differently, so maybe I needed a different combo. Probably won't use these services again for myself, but I can't fault their speed, kindness, or professionalism. read more

I booked an at home IV therapy session not knowing what to really expect and I was surprised to have such a good experience! I was terribly ill from food poisoning the day before and wasn't sure about having a stranger in my home, but the EMT who came out was very nice and easy to talk to, and made the whole process feel super comfortable. He got the IV in easily and set up was quick, the whole thing took less than an hour. I received a bag with vitamins and nausea medication and I did feel better shortly after. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs some extra hydration for whatever reason! read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We came to Scottsdale for a bachelorette party June 19th-22nd. We booked our IV services MONTHS ahead to prepare for our last day. The appointment was booked for June 22nd at 9am and we received a confirming the morning of 2 hours before to be prepared. 9am rolls around, then 9:15, then 9:30 and Jo one shows up. We called to check on the status of arrival and were told we'd receive a call back in a few minutes. We were called back and told there was an "emergency" and our IV person could not arrive they would send someone else in an hour. We have to check out of our Airbnb at 11 so we agreed to continue services if someone could show up at 10 and they confirmed with a discounted price. At 9:50 we received a text apologizing for the error and that they have cancelled our services and we need to find another company. All 5 of us tried to call the company and were BLOCKED from their whole system including their personal number and the company 1(855) number, it didn't even allow us to call them after they realized we were calling to speak to someone. The pure unprofessionalism and lack of customer service is baffling, do not rely on this place. read more

Mobile IVs are the greatest invention and use of resources EVER! I was suffering from a terrible migraine and having all the side effects, so I shopped around and looked at a few IV companies and I chose Mobile IV drip, and it was a great decision! They had openings within the next hour, and I got a text saying they could be there even sooner. Marissa was amazing!! She was so kind and personable and even talked with my kids and let them be helpers. She was really amazing and I would highly recommend her. Definitely who I would use again in the future. My adult son went for a short run in the Arizona heat, which he's been doing for quite some time without any issues. However, later that evening, he went for dinner, feeling just fine, and then he suddenly fainted! The paramedics checked his vitals and everything looked normal with the exception of slightly low blood pressure. We believe he was severely dehydrated. Someone drove him home and we immediately called Mobile IV Drip to see if they could go out that night. It was 8:30 PM when we made the appointment and they arrived at 9:30 PM. They were professional and attentive. We were so impressed! We attribute his speedy recovery to the IV treatment. Yuri came all the way from Phoenix to help me after a cyclic vomiting episode. (It's a rare condition and yes, it's as awful as it sounds) I was up all night heaving and had that typical weird horrendous headache. Its impossible to take meds by mouth. Yuri came and tapped that vein so perfectly. He even wore a mask! He listened to my needs and by the time the IV bag was empty my pain and nausea went from an 8 to a 3. I was able to eat a little and finally rest. SO GRATEFUL! Love this service. Sent him home with a little mint plant as a gift. I hope it brings him tea and a minty accent to his meals in the future.
