While he was uploading the software and trying to recover the data it crashed many times. So I waited 2days and he finally fixed my hopeless cellphone. Muhammad made me so happy. The friendly and efficient manager Jesus, was kind enough to move my request to priority so my phone got fixed fast for a good price (75CAD). I drive back home happy. Then comes the end of the day. The battery level drops and the phone shuts down. I tried all the methods described on all the websites you can imagine to start it back... nothing. Next morning I call the store and they offer me to come. But I dont leave downtown and it's too much drive. They propose me to go to the closest store. Good news, one just opened on Meadowvale! The team there understood the situation, took good care of my phone in a short time. Then when they give it back to me... the volume buttons are not working anymore. Start to be a little tired of all that. They ordered the part and fixed it for free the next day. As a conclusion, price and service are really good. I thought this place would be good from the reviews, however that is clearly not the case. Very unprofessional bad service. I built the desktop 5 years ago and nothing was damaged, I even worked on it before sending it in for repairs nothing was damaged. When the technician removed my GPU he broke my PCIe as shown below and I did not receive an apology, or even an admittance they did anything wrong when I brought it up the next day.

Cracked my screen on my note 4 took it to dsd mobile to be repaired.they told me $280 dollars…read moreusing original glass.The day after it was repaired I noticed that there was a hair line Crack in the screen , by the time I took the phone back it had grown to a fairly large Crack. They told me basically that they would not repair it and basically to go away.Ithen took it to Samsung in Mississauga when they examined the phone they informed me that the replacement glass was not OEM Gorilla glass but a very cheap knock-off. The replacement tat was done was so shoddy that there was damaged to the enternals in the phone. Countless discussions with the owner have been in vain and quite revealing in the manner in which they deal with their customers. Apparently when I contacted the management at Meadow Town Center the complaints have been numerous. I would definitely recommend that no one does any business with these people or their other location at South Common Mall. If we do not let these deceitful and dishonest business's off the hook we will always be easy prey for them.please do not do any business with these people there are many honest businesses that will work very hard for your business. Everything is clearly laid out, prices are not insane, stock is ok, and as usual, employees are hard to find during crazy sales time. One positive is that it's not in a hugely populated area so even on the nuttiest sale days, it's not a 1.5 ++ hour wait to get something done. The Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals can be found here but they're not as well stocked compared to some other places like Heartland. If you arrive early enough, you can get in and out in less than 45 minutes with your super deal. I often buy online (to save myself a headache) and wait a day to pick up here which is a nice option. Overall, the service isn't so bad (if you can find it). This place feels less car sales man greasy and pushy than other Future Shop but that's probably because they're a little less confident in product knowledge.
