With just a phone call on 4th of July weekend he nicely advised that he was busy…read morewith previously scheduled boat work (as I would expect with a request for service on the Thursday leading into a HUGE holiday weekend for boaters) to get others out on the water for the weekend. He openly asked what the problem was and he nicely suggested several possible fixes that could carry me through the weekend until he could make time for the repair. I did as he suggested and made it to Monday. Nick then contacted me promptly Monday morning and came right over to my house (yes, I said my house) to evaluate the problem in person. He then diagnosed several probable contributing factors for the problem and one highly likely reason for which he took time to isolate and confirm. He then acquired the parts needed and returned to complete the work. I learned a lot more about my boat from listening to Nick while he made the repairs. He is incredibly helpful, charges fair prices for labor and parts and was very nice. I still find it amazing that he came to my house and made the necessary repairs for a great price. I would highly recommend his service. I will definitely be contacting Factotum Marine Service for any of my future repair needs.
