Never made me feel like he didn't have the time or was being burdened. Just a really great attitude and super easy to deal with. Trevor has not balked at taking care of them, and I 100% believe in him and his follow through. If you meet him, he WILL sell you a new boat, even if you are not looking for one, so beware. Anyone would love to have a beer or two with this guy. I also interacted with Dan H, one of the owners. Dan is a no nonsense, a straight shooter, and gets down to business. Plus, a very interesting background - helicopter pilot, etc. - and as far as I can tell he is a legit stud half Evil Knievel and half Clint Eastwood. He is flexible and knows how to cut a reasonable deal, doesn't get hung up on the smaller things. Very big picture thinker.
