This was my first time using this service and it definitely won't be my last! Ordering was easy and I appreciate being a first time customer having to call to verify information and providing ID for security purposes. They also credited me the delivery fee because the order took longer than expected. Delivery driver was very courteous as well. Food arrived in a large insulated container. I have used them 3 times in the last week and it has been good. Food arrived on time twice and only 10 minutes late the third time (which is understandable with Wesley Chapel traffic). Orders were correct and yes, the first time you order, they will call you and ask you to show ID upon delivery. Food was still warm. We have used Mobile Meals several times, only for the convenience/laziness factor I'm sure they count on. Every. Single. Time, the food is at least 30 mins late and/or the order is somehow messed up (usually something missing- I love paying for items I never receive, thanks). The drivers never offer any explanation or apology. Atrocious service. We placed an order at 7:20 pm. At 8:40, when the food had not yet been delivered, we called to inquire as to reason for the delay. Jules answered and explained that "the restaurant had a hold" which would mean a delay. At 9:15, still no food. We called the restaurant directly, who kindly explained that our food had been sitting there, waiting to be picked up, for well over a half hour, and that this was not uncommon for Mobile Meals. read more

I use this service at least once a week! The one (only one) time I had an issue the customer service was great and I was very happy with the response. They don't jack up the menu prices on you either! This is the perfect service for lazy people like me who want the good shit brought straight to their door! read more

Waited almost two hours for my food from a restaurant that was up the street from my house. Definitely will be picking up my own food until Uber Eats is available in my area. It was not convenient and a total waste of my time to sit here that long. read more

Attempted to make an order and it told me declined, no big deal right there whatever. Issue is when I go to just order a pizza from elsewhere and my account is short now $18. Looking at it, my fiance and I have been charged for our split check order. When I check the order it still says it hasn't gone through, and when I call the company they tell me they're going to be down for the next 3 hours. I try calling the restaurant and tell them what's going on and they tell me they have no orders from them at all. Hopefully they'll cut ties with them as this is simply unacceptable. read more

I use Mobile Meals about once a week. I've had very good luck with them and am a big fan for 2 years.

Food is always late due to 'traffic'. Amazingly, other delivery services have no issues. Not worth it.

Great service and like the way the website tells you exactly what time your order will be delivered.

Ok. just 3 short words for you. BRING BACK MEALCAB. I mean, those guys ghad it down pretty much to a science. There was a lot of speculation at the time they ended their operation but my niece worked their and I know exactly what happened. Regardless, business are always coming and going. Here's the clincher for me. I was a frequent customer of MealCab.com and if there was an issue with the order the owner would actually comp the entire dinner for the inconvenience. My niece told me he was able to see order history ASAP and if the client was spending money with him he went above and beyond. Remember he didn't cook the food just delivered it. That shows me you care. Not pretending to be the boss so you didn't have to deal with customer issues leads me to believe that you should have a different type of job...thinking realtor would be perfect. read more

Terrible service. I had used them years ago and the food took hours so I thought perhaps they fixed they way they did business 4 years later and ordered from them again. I created a new login as I did not know my old login since it had been 4 years. I placed my order and then went back to my life and being a parent. I guess I missed a call while I was feeding, bathing and putting the kids to bed.. silly me didn't realize that a service based on online ordering would call you. When 1.5 went by I reached out to mobile meals online and my phone rang. Bonnie called to tell me that she "had been trying to reach me for the last 1.5 hours". I told her that I see that I missed one call and had one voicemail that said, "this is mobile meals, please give us a call." The voicemail didn't say what was needed from me and why I needed to call so I didn't think it was urgent.. well shame on me. Turns out they need to verify your credit card and ID with you when it is your first order. So heads up to everyone... if it is your first order, don't expect your food without talking on the phone to them first or you will hangry like me. read more
