After the inspection, Instead of just telling me I needed brakes and trying to sell me everything, Dustin took the time to show me photos of my brakes on each axle and explained exactly what should be done now, and also what could wait a while if I want. I ended up having the front brakes replaced, which they completed while I waited. The price was what I had hoped, no surprises. I also dealt with Tom who took my payment after the work was completed, and I have to say between Dustin and Tom, I don't think I've ever dealt with more professional and friendly people at an auto service center in my entire life. After install I notice clunks and knocks and at highway speed vehicle pulled to right, I reported issue to Sean, he really didn't want to look at car again. After several conversations about my issue he agree to look my vehicle repairs again. His mechanic confirmed that car pulls to right. but he was unwilling to redo the alignment that I already paid for and wanted to charge me for a new alignmet. He then offered to do it for half price. He said other parts were install properly and where good parts. I refused to pay for something i already paid to have done. After taking my car in to another shop that specialized in alignment the tow was off and the end links needed adjustments. Sean blamed his poor work on my car being lowered or maybe its the tires (had brand new tires) and after the other shop did the alignment the car magically drove straight again. You have no warranty there and work not so great anymore. Use this place at your own risk. Thank you. For the stress and stife - I would give this place ZERO STARS if i could. yah about that
