I recall them pulling the $15 cabin air filter and telling me it was $50+- to which I disinclined to acquiesce; instead telling the tech to put it back. I get it- that's their extra little boost on the sale- but that's too much. So I simply picked one up on the way home. They also pulled on the wipers to check their status, topped off the radiator and wiper fluid. They were quick and efficient. The manager, running the cash register certainly had her arms full with all the people crowded into the waiting area! I'm sure they all went home exhausted at the end of the day. All in all- I'll go back again, and bring my truck.

After taking the car somewhere else, I was told that the A/C system had been **overcharged with refrigerant**\. Now I have to spend even more money to correct that issue and repair the original problem\. What frustrates me most is that I gave this shop a second opportunity after the first visit, paid them again, and still ended up with the same problem--and an additional issue to fix\. Based on my experience, I **do not have confidence in their A/C diagnostic or repair work**\. I lost a significant amount of money and now have to pay another shop to correct the situation\. **Please think twice before bringing your vehicle here for A/C work\. The good thing was they were giving the Jersey shore on the television so my waiting time wasn't so bad. Overall they get the job you ask for done. Lug nuts went on and off fine, the wheel was secure, and there was no sign of damage. Michael, the store manager, never admitted fault, blamed my spare tire for "not being original," which makes no sense because the stud worked perfectly with it. He only refunded $50 after first offering $15, and said fixing it was a "one-time courtesy" since they "weren't responsible." I've seen other reviews about broken studs here. Poor accountability and customer service. I'm going to Firestone so I don't feel stuck with this Tires Plus credit card for nothing.

I was Lied to about my Pickup truck: My Pickup was dropped…read moreoff on March/2021 and I patiently waited over 13 months fueled by empty promises by John. I called Every other week and either someone was being hired to check my initial electrical issue, or parts were arriving for a new belt, battery, etc..., or "Fluids" needed to be changed on the Pickup. At the end there was apparently something always being done to this Pickup. After over a year he told me that he had the vehicle running and he was going to test it out driving it around and then out of nowhere according to him the car stopped working when I was going to Pick it up. Besides other promises about an additional vehicle which I am not even going to go into details..... I ended up taking the car from this repair shop and had a mechanic check to see if all of these new items that apparently were replaced were actually repaired and completed. To my surprise 13 months were waisted as the mechanic checked fluids, belts, battery, etc and nothing was done..... Its is sad as John seemed like an honest guy. I am really patient (13 months plus patient) and really wanted to give him the opportunity to make things right. I have attempted to call but either he is never able to "pick up the phone", or avoids my call or continues with excuse after excuse. I have been nothing but respectful and patient with John. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANY OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
