The place where we had to leave the vehicle had surveillance cameras and they gladly showed us that they were not involved in the thief of the converter. Someone spotted C&K truck along side of the hwy with my vehicle and the driver was seen back there with cutting tools. Being broke down is one thing but having to buy a converter is another. There's other towing services out there besides them. If you don't care if your converter gets cut off by this company then hire them. They lost this family as a customer.

There were some complications with doing the alignment due to the knockouts being left in the upper control arms. I contacted Mike and let him know there was an issue. He ordered the tool needed and told me to bring it back in Monday which was the next business day and he would fix the problem and get me back on the road. I loved my first experience with them so much that I decided to switch to them for my oil changes as well. While at my most recent oil change, I saw a flyer for their annual women's car clinic that they host for free and reserved a spot for myself and a friend. This past Saturday I attended the clinic and they went so above and beyond that it genuinely touched my heart. They had wonderful goody bags just for attending with stuff that you actually need and can use instead of just random things. They even included a notebook for taking notes at the clinic too! I learned so much at this event and was able to ask as many questions as I liked. The really big thing that stood out to me was when the owner, Tim, spoke at the beginning of the clinic and clarified that they were not trying to sway us to use them instead of any other place an attendant of the clinic might regularly go to, but that the event was meant to empower us women no matter where we get services done. This place has earned my business for however long I am in this area and I will always recommend them to anyone I know!

Suspecting they were taking advantage of her, we consulted Tommy, our trusted mechanic in Knoxville, who confirmed our doubts. Although we managed to retrieve the car, my daughter still paid a lot for almost nothing. This time - when her car stopped running again - we found Brian. He quickly fixed the car and charged us a fair (and low) cost (based on Tommy's estimation). He was also accommodating, accepting the car after hours, and is someone we trust to not take advantage of those who don't know much about cars. Overall, Brian is a great mechanic who we highly recommend.
