Mobile Memories was amazing for my wedding! PRO's --open air "booth"- groups of 5+ can fit into 1 photo --sequin background --a photo strip copy for EACH person that was in the photo --memory book with color copies for Bride & Groom --VERY accommodating I was very picky when it came to photo booths I wanted an open-air one (as opposed to a tiny little boxed up booth that barely 2 people can fit in) that a group of people could fit into. Also I wanted a gold sequin background & even though I hadn't seen one on their website I inquired about it when I called & was basically told, If that is what you'd like to use we'll make sure to get it (they were considering investing in them anyway but it was nice to not hear we MAY have them by then.) Each person receiving a copy of the photo strip was the seller for me, I HATE going to events & only 1 person from like the 5 that was in the picture actually gets the photo! I even had a New Orleans Street Tile Font that I'd purchased to spell out our names at the bottom of our strips & literally the day before the wedding didn't have the time to play with it & create the file so I shot it over to Erin & admittedly it took some time but Erin loved the font so much too that she whipped it together for us & even arranged for the strip colors to match! They were amazing every step of the way! I even made some extra props & bought some LSU themed ones (family is all lsu alums) & some acrylic frames & plastic book mark sleeves that I added magnetic strips to & just handed the box over to them & they laid it all out for guests to grab when they get their copy! Finally I was worried about placement I got married in Bevolo (Royal St.) & its a long narrow space but they made it work great! Any other big event I may have in the future I'll definitely come back to them! read more

I have nothing but good things to say about them -- they were set up on time, friendly, professional, FUN, and they went out of their way to not only make sure that WE were satisfied, but that all of our guests had a great time as well. I hired Mobile Memories for my wedding on October 1st, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about them!! From start to finish, they were absolutely perfect to work with and provided amazing service the night of! Erin was so wonderful; the day after our wedding, I realized we didn't have the photo album of photobooth pics, and emailed Erin. I did not expect to hear back until Monday, but she immediately emailed me back and assured me the book was safe and sound, just n and Needed a couple more pages to be added since our guests enjoyed it so much! She absolutely went above and beyond! Let's just say that this was quite possibly the very best Photo Booth experience I've ever had! I called last-minute to see if they could come for a Christmas party at a Retirement Community, and Erin quickly checked her calendar and agreed. Her calm, professional, and organized demeanor instantly put me at ease! But not only was the staff of Mobile Memories fabulous, but so were the props and pictures. Erin and Jacob made certain that the photo book was wide enough for wheel chairs, and the camera they used for the pictures was quality...I could tell that they had absolutely done their best with preparation, and get this--THEY ARE THE CHEAPEST PHOTO BOOTH ON THE MARKET. Mobile Memories is the best wedding photo booth company in New Orleans! From the very beginning of the wedding planning process, Mobile Memories (Erin specifically) does everything right! The keep in touch throughout the wedding process (but are not overbearing), customize the photo booth strips to be EXACTLY what the bride and the groom want (based on wedding themes and colors, etc), and provide scrapbooks and USBs for the happy couple upon return from their honeymoon! I rented a photo booth for my 13 year old son's dance party. The photo booth was the hit of the party. The best thing about mobile memories is that every single person gets a photo strip, every single time they take a photo. The teenage kids really liked this perk. I have to give a huge shout out to our attended, Jacob. He was so patient with the teenage group, which got a little wild at times. He was very professionally dressed, as well. I highly recommend him. I will definitely be referring mobile memories to anyone looking for a quality photo booth. And I will definitely use them again. She was also super fast with responding to any questions/concerns my now HUBBY and I had. I used mobile memories for my wedding in New Orleans in May. They were great. Erin is so professional. She brings backups of EVERYTHING just in case something doesn't work. The booth itself was great, the camera and lighting quality were fantastic (everyone looks amazing in the photos). My husband is a commercial director, so he had very strong opinions on the photo quality of the booths. PLUS she give you a copy for everyone in the booth (not just two like some people) so everyone went home with photo strips. At the end we got a book and a thumb drive with all our photos. Lastly, Erin was easy to work with, worked directly with our venue to organize setup, and had fun props. Couldn't recommend them more! read more

Mobile Memories provided two photobooths for our annual company picnic at Audubon Zoo. Overall our experience with them was fantastic. Before booking them, I did research on about 15 companies and reached out for quotes from about half of those. Mobile Memories was competitive in price with the rest of the companies and was incredibly quick to respond to any questions I had. On the day of the event, they arrived and set up with plenty of time to spare. Their attendants at the booths were super friendly to everyone at the picnic and helped encourage people to come and take pictures in the booths. I used Mobile Memories for my wedding a few weeks ago. From the very beginning, Erin was a pleasure to work with and she was very helpful. I loved how they offer a variety of props and my guest went crazy using all of them! I like the fact that they offer the social media stands where our guest could upload their pics online. Also, a plus is that if a big group goes in to take a pic, everyone gets a copy unlike other companies that just give 2 copies.
