I called Jennifer on Thursday, late morning and she was able to schedule a time the same day at 5p. She was right on time and texted prior to her arrival. When she arrived I explained that that the service would be for my mother and Jennifer address my mother as, "mom" and it made my mother feel warm and comfortable throughout the process. Jennifer explained each document being signed. She was very thorough and finished in about 30 minutes. Prices were very reasonable.
