This location is usually a great and efficient stop, which is exactly why I chose it during a tight…read moremorning schedule. I was on my way to a doctor's appointment and had planned enough time to grab breakfast and drop off some UPS packages, feeling productive and on top of things. Unfortunately, this stop completely derailed that plan. The store was closed when I arrived, even though the posted hours indicated it should open at 8:30 AM. I stayed and tried to call them, I had my heavy packages with my kid in tow. Because of that, what should have been a quick and easy errand turned into wasted time, and I ended up rushing the rest of my morning without being able to drop off my packages. Disappointing experience, especially since reliability is exactly what makes this location stand out when it's operating as expected.
