They took the time to carefully go through every page, made sure everything was clearly explained to my friend in Vietnamese, and patiently answered all questions so my friend fully understood what was being signed. What I thought would take about 20 minutes turned into over an hour and a half of thorough, unhurried assistance -- and they never once rushed the process.
