More than once I've been approached by other women in the office. His behavior is beyond unacceptable. It should not be tolerated and yet it is by the CEO. * Back stabbing. By basically every employee. However it is not out of malus or intentional cruel intent it is simply because if they don't cover their butts the chances of being reprimanded and fired are much too high and the fear of that is something everyone wants to avoid. * Constant fear. Constant fear of being fired, being written up for something that is not my job nor should be my job, being fired for missing work to go to the doctor's office or take care of my sick child. Too many times I've had people tell me that Michele (CEO) calls them while they are at the doctor's office and tells them if they don't come to work now they will be fired. That is insane. First off, do you want the entire office to get sick? Secondly, don't you care about the health and well-being of your employee and their family? * Unknown job title. I probably do six different jobs. I was hired and I am paid for one and that is the lowest in the list of jobs I hold. On top of sales admin I am the HR Generalist, Marketing person, office assistant, front desk back up, and Gerald's assistant. I don't get paid for any of these and yet I am expected to do them all. * Underpaid. I have a college degree. I am very smart and I do my job above and beyond what is required. I make $38,500. I should be making $60,000 if you take an average of every job title's median pay. * The CEO is literally crazy. I have to keep everything and I mean EVERYTHING in writing otherwise I will be reprimanded for something she asked me to do. And if you try to correct her you are just told that you misunderstood. It is too much to deal with. The turnover at Headworks is absolutely ridiculous. I've hired over 35 people and we only have 30 people in our Houston office. I've also only been here for a year and a half. That is insane. No one should work in a company that is run off of fear. The only reason anyone stays here is because they haven't found anything else yet. Everyone in the office is looking for another job and it is only a matter of time before they leave. I am sure everyone has their reasons for leaving. This isn't even a full list of mine but it hits the key points. I feel bad for the people staying here. I really do! For the sake of my sanity I had to leave. It has taught me a lot and if you think I am being a bit dramatic please believe me. I've worked for demanding people. I've worked for doctors, very demanding doctors. I've worked in oil and gas with rough necks. This by far is the worst company I've ever experienced. Good bye and good riddance.
