I have called several times and they state they will have someone follow up but they don't. I've had one of the recruiters say she will present me to her supervisor Jessica. No response. Now I understand if they don't want to present me to the client but at least call me back or email me letting me know. I get my hopes up for what seems like a good fit for the job. Then just silence. They really don't seem to care unless they can place you and get the commission.

I entered this process hoping for advocacy and meaningful assistance. Instead, I have too often been met with contradictions, lack of clarity, poor communication, and decisions that seem disconnected from the real-life consequences they carry. No one seeking help through a vocational rehabilitation program should walk away feeling more hopeless than when they arrived. It's a horrifying program and should be shut down.
