It's so nice that they come to you (so we can avoid car rides, which Wubba hates), and Wubba always looks adorable (and smells amazing!) when she's done. Our favorite groomer is Jerry, who has such a calm, cheerful attitude and gives Wubba the cutest haircuts (but every groomer we've worked with has been awesome). I have hardly ever had a bad experience. When I did they came back and fixed it. All groomers work with you on what you want for your dog since your dog is special to you. I'm so disappointed with them! I loved this company and had great experiences until last year when some groomers failed to complete all services ( e.g., trimming nails, brushing teeth, or cleaning ears). I became frustrated and left them for over a year, and when I received an email to return with a 25% discount, I decided to give them another try. I had the most horrible customer experience ever! Again, I paid for extra services that I did not receive, and they did not honor the discount for being a return customer. Instead, the groomer tried to get more money out of me to get the services I had already requested! Never again will I use this company or refer anyone else to it! UPDATE! Please read! Not only did they ruin my dogs coat but then they went and used my BEFORE photos I posted for their advertising. They are bad news. Posted below is my BEFORE photo used for their benefit. WHO DOES THAT? Update on my girl is that she has never been more uncomfortable and it is not even hot yet. I can only take her out early morning. I have to actually leave some of the undercoat now to protect her skin from getting burned. Initial post: SHAVED MY BORDER COLLIE AFTER ASKING "PLEASE DO NOT SHAVE". Make sure you see my before AND after photos. (Now removed) I just had Mobile Pet Shine to my house to trim my Border Collie. I asked repeatedly if they knew how to cut a Border Collie, as you do not SHAVE these dogs. Not because it is aesthetically pleasing to BC owners, but because the coat will not always grow back properly, leaving them with less protection from the cold in the winter and the sun in the summer. The long fur over the top is their COOLING SYSTEM. Same with Golden Retrievers. "Groomers" know this. I told Ashley again when she arrived that I did not want my dog SHAVED all over. I said she could cut the belly, behind the legs and the feathers on the butt. She did the opposite. Completely shaved my dog and LEFT the undercoat. And then told me I miscommunicated. There were razor track marks all over her back. If you are in the business of grooming dogs and you do not know what a breed specific cut is than that's a problem. I am not sure how long I will have to keep my girl out of the sun, because in some areas she has exposed skin, which has never seen the sun..because she has always had long protective and cooling Border Collie fur. I will start by saying I'm giving 4 stars because they are very, very expensive. Our Aussiedoodle is ~$200 for a wash and groom, and since he needs to be groomed around every 8 weeks that adds up quick. In San Francisco we paid around $120 for someone to come to our house, and I thought SF had the most expensive prices for everything (outside of Vegas, Miami, and NYC!) Now that that's out of the way, Jackson has been groomed by these folks twice, and it is SO convenient. He has fear reactivity toward other dogs so going to a groomer who has multiple dogs in the salon is a high anxiety situation for our bebe. We feel so much better knowing he's the only dog being focused on, and is right in our driveway for the 1-2 hours he's groomed! For his appointment last week, the groomer I had requested was out sick, so I received a call the day before that they would send another groomer. So glad they didn't have to cancel on us! Jackson returned to us strutting his stuff per usual after a groom! We'll likely keep using these folks for grooming because of the convenience, customer service, and friendly groomers, but I do wish there was a loyalty discount of some sort. read more

I used this service today for a bath and a couple of extras for my dog. The service itself was fine, but the pricing is a mess. Last time I paid $165, but this time it jumped to $265. I was pretty shocked. A big chunk of that was a price increase on an already expensive service, $10 nail trim and $40 because I didn't want to sign up for their subscription. The a la carte stuff and the one-time fee made the total go up by $100. Also, when I talked to their customer service, it didn't help at all. I'm pretty disappointed with how they handle pricing and transparency. Consumers do not want a subscription for every nook and cranny of their life. Won't be using them again. read more
