They would call if they had any questions, clean up very thoroughly, and write a very cute report of who did what and how much everyone ate. They would also play with my pets and keep a close eye on how everyone was doing, which was impressive because I have two anti-social (ex-feral) cats. I loved coming home and reading about what my pets are up to! I don't have J&M come visit anymore because I moved away from Waterloo, and I deeply miss having such a great resource nearby.
