They did go get it but then it took 7 weeks to get my Jeep back with a empty tank of gas and emblems missing off my Jeep . Scratches also . I would not recommend letting these guys touch your car or truck. My transmission is still changing gears wrong. They had told me it was my catalyst converter . Well carried to another person and guess what nope it's not the catalyst converter . Take a fools advice and never have dealings with these guys. Very unhappy customer!!!
