He was very responsive and friendly, and we set an appointment for 8:00am after we landed in Rogers. Robert arrived on time and immediately assured us that he could get us back on the road. His diagnostic ability is without equal, and not a minute was wasted in repairing the very hard-to-reach leak. I upgraded from 2 stars to three stars because he did give me a good idea to use truck bed liner on the bottom of my RV..which I did do (myself).
