He was very responsive and friendly, and we set an appointment for 8:00am after we landed in Rogers. Robert arrived on time and immediately assured us that he could get us back on the road. His diagnostic ability is without equal, and not a minute was wasted in repairing the very hard-to-reach leak. He took care in explaining everything he was doing, and both my wife and I agreed that we had clearly called the right person to fix our RV. We trusted him completely. When it was picked up the battery was dead and the tires were low. When I got it home and plugged a fuse got blown. A licensed Rv tech came out and found burnt wiring in the fuse box and the 50amp receptacle had a broken ground (see photo). When I turned the air on it began to smell hot and it was 100% non functioning, which must be replaced. This was supposed to be my full time residence, but now it is inhabitable until it can be repaired. I have made calls to Springdale RV and they have yet to call me back.

I finally just went and got my boat and would NOT recommend him to anyone. This has no bearing on those that work there - this is all on him. They were busy "moving in" to a new place (heard this excuse multiple times) but, if you don't take care of your customers, you won't have a business for long. She stares out the window, frowning, asking if it's for the Element outside, and when I say "yes", she just turns up her nose and says "we don't work on those." So, I said "okay, then" and just left. If you're going to say "HondaPro" on the door, and you don't work on all Hondas, maybe you should change the name. And make sure you answer your phone, return messages, and if you're not going to pay for your website domain or keep it updated, then take it off the door and off the websites. When he was confronted, he stated that " I have a family and I took them out to dinner" IN MY VEHICLE!!! I was under the impression that they were located in Rogers, Arkansas and he took my vehicle two hours away to Springfield Missouri to his personal house after eating at a restaurant. I have screenshots included because I had a tracker in my vehicle, watching his every move He damaged the living hell out of my vehicle, and put in writing that he would pay for the damages and admitted that he was responsible. Now he is refusing to pay and stated that this is complete "B&&&s&$t" That he hast to pay, even though he put in writing on his company Instagram that he would pay for the damages. Not only did he damage my headliner in the vehicle. He did a significant amount of damage to my interior of the vehicle and he also did thousands of Dollars and damages to my paint, and I had to file a claim with my insurance to have the vehicle painted. That is a whole Different story that ended up in a lawsuit for the damages that they caused to the vehicle as well.
