I was going to write a review to help bolster the company's business after they did such a great job for me. After reading the numerous positive reviews here, this probably won't have much of an impact. But I'll write my words of praise anyway. Kelly installed pet screen on the existing iron front gate. Due to the size of the gate it had to be done in three sections. When the job was done I noticed the middle section was a little uneven. I told Kelly about it and before I could even suggest he actually fix it he already started working on the replacement. Sometimes a good job on its own goes unnoticed. But fixing a problem proves your worth. It was his attention to detail and making sure the customer was happy that sets him apart from your average vendor. I have high standards for customer service and he had no problems meeting them. Thanks Kelly! read more

I called Kelly to have a couple screens repaired after my original screen repair company (not this one) was slated to show up 45 mins late (15 min before I had to leave). After leaving a message for Kelly, I received a call back within 10 minutes and he totally understood what I was looking to have done, even though I am quite sure I rambled on about options I've looked into. Not only did I feel very confident making an appointment with him, but he was available the next morning! He arrived eighth on time...probably a bit early even...and I felt super comfortable with everything he said. Very cool guy & we ended up deciding on a pet quality front door screen to combat my girl's paw that she needs to scrape against the door as I come home...at least I know she is happy to see me! For our slider, he did a great job as well with a very clean finish. My, he finished the job quickly & I will definitely be recommending him to everyone I know!! Professional, courteous, punctual, fairly-priced, honest, and great craftsmanship. That should be more than enough to call and have Kelly and his team (or a member or two) to come out and provide you with screens of your choice. I called the number but no one picked up. My cell service was choppy so I decide to email instead. Minutes after I sent my e-mail Kelly called. He was so calm and professional on the phone. The reason why I keep mentioning about how professional he was is because I had called another mobile screen service (the one that is rated fairly close to this company on Yelp) and the person on the phone was incredibly rude. He was yelling at me for reasons I was not aware of. I was so glad to have been blown off by them. I regret not calling this company first. Kelly was running late and was courteous enough to call and let me know he was stuck in morning traffic. Once he arrived I showed him all the windows I needed screens for. He and his partner, I believe his name was Jeremy began work immediately. After about 1.5 hours and 8 windows later we had perfectly fitted screens that matched our frames perfectly. We were lucky enough to have our frames match one of his color options. Most important of all they were very well made. She was friendly, gave me some quotes & was not pushy in any way. I called to get a few other quotes & decided to go with Mobile Speed Screens. They were able to schedule the job within a few days. Kelly and another worker (sorry, forgot the name, but very friendly & polite) arrived, looked at the screens, I asked for recommendations.
