We went with Hometime Windows because of their attention to detail and care in answering our questions for the entire process of window replacement. The pricing was extremely competitive and it stood out to us that Hometime ensured the best value and delivery from start to finish. Our first part started with asking for a free consultation. In utilizing the yelp platform, we proceeded to give a call to the office to schedule. They were very prompt to schedule a free in home consultation the very next day. Jeff was our sales representative and he was very courteous and helped guide us thru the process. We wanted to ensure getting a set of windows changed and he helped do an initial measure and then gave us a run down presentation of our options and the technology behind the windows being replaced ( retrofits). We even had a chance to talk about grids and learn new terms and technology about the windows themselves! Jeff was super patient with us and answered all our questions, even as we had little ones to deal with around the home. While some of your comments could be warranted and I took many of your concerns into account before my review but, the bottom line here and I would think many others who are concerned about getting gouged everywhere you turn which I absolutely believe is happening starting with the conglomerates, so small business justify in their minds "everything else is going up, I'm gonna get a piece of the it while we can!". The bottom line here is that when you take the price quoted and divide it by the number of blinds required for the job, we will not be spending $536 for EACH blind! Yes, that's five hundred and thirty six dollars for EACH blind in our rental home. Are these made of gold? We were quoted from 7 different companies and the quotes started at approximately as follows: $4900, $5400, $5600, $6400, $7000, $7100 and finally yours at $19,000. I received quotes from several companies and though I had never heard of Hometime Windows and Doors I decided to contact them for a quote as well based on the reviews I read. They had one of the better prices by far and the shortest lead time- but that's not the only reason I chose them. From my first meeting with Jeff Everitt I felt comfortable with the company. I had two large sliding glass doors installed yesterday (8ft and 6ft) by Enrique and Christian from Hometime and I am extremely happy with the result! They were fantastic to work with, incredibly careful and respectful of my home, thorough in making sure I was happy during and after, and made sure to clean up every last speck of dust upon completion.
