Just wanted to let mobilelink how thankful I am for there services. I recently brought my phone in for repair to fix my screen and went to pay and had more then half the money and owed them about $30 for my remaining repairs for some reason the bank made an error and blocked my card and it happened to be a holiday at that and nothing could be done on there end. Ive already been without a phone for two days and needed for work. Mobilelink let me take my phone and come back and pay the remaining balance and I was very thankful for that. I have to down grade this store. The screen they gave me cracked after I had it for a week. I decided to drop by and see about resolving the matter. The hours on their web page are not the hours they are open, and they do not post their hours on their door, so I would like to do business with them, but guessing when they are open does not fit my hectic lifestyle. I prefer supporting small business like this, but it's hard to do so when you can't predict when they are open. Instead I drove down to Apple to have my phone fixed. Yes I have to agree with all these one-star reviews... Don't waste your time or money here. Took my my daughter's tablet to this place on a Saturday and they said it should be ready by Wednesday or Thursday the following week. I called Friday to see if I can go pick it up or if it was ready and the guy said that he ordered the part and it hasn't come in yet and it is says it's been delivered but it's not there. He says he will follow up and it should be ready by Tuesday. I called Wednesday to see if I could go pick it up and he says it won't be ready until 3 p.m. it wasn't ready till Thursday. My daughter and her mom went to pick it up on Friday and my daughter calls me the same day saying that part of her screen is not working when she tries to text. That weekend when I went to go pick up my daughter I see that the screen they put on is now a white one and not a black one that was originally on the tablet and the bottom portion of the screen is not working. Not even going to waste my time bringing it back there. Do me a favor stay away from this place. With all these one-star reviews it's safe to say that this place sucks. read more

Please think twice before dealing here. Although the job finally got accomplished, the service was not good because there is only one guy running the whole works. He answers the phones, helps customers, and does the repairs himself. As far as I could tell, since I had to work with him for several weeks. He did his best, but was multi tasking so much it got very confusing. My parts were delayed because of a delivery mix up. Then I went on vacation for a week, and when I returned the parts were there, but I had to wait three days for him to have an opening for me to get my parts installed. Then he told me to come after 12, but he opens at 10, so when I got there at 12:15 he tells me that he has six other people ahead of me. Because of the delay of parts, I should have been bumped up to the front. Especially since he told me to come after 12, and the others didn't do that. WHAT? Then I had to convince him to take my phone and do it after those, instead of driving back and forth to my home 20 minutes away, to come back the next day to drop it off for installation. I did convince him to take my phone so it's in the line up. And he did offer to meet me in my area to deliver my phone if it was ready by the time he went home from work. It wasn't ready by then, so he said to come by 11:30 the next day to pick it up. I called and it wasn't ready yet. He called me back at noon to tell me it's ready. So three and a half weeks later I got my phone fixed. He did make sure I had my phone for use as I waited for the parts, that was better than sending my phone out to have it done. Since it still worked, just the glass was broken. They say they deal only with original parts, no after market stuff, and he mentioned the tempered glass is a good addition to keep my screen cheaper to fix the next time if there is a next time. The price was not cheap. Makes me wonder how much of that was a mark up. I now have my phone back and I'm pleased to say it seems to be in perfect working order. So I guess my only complaint is that this guy is there alone so the service is lacking in places. With the huge mark up on price, (I'm guessing) you'd think they could afford at least one more person there to help so things would run faster and smoother. So, you may want to find another place to do business if you don't want to deal with this. read more

My headphone jack was broken and after going into the Apple and Verizon store and not getting it fixed there because it was past warranty, the lady at Verizon suggested Mobile Link. Thinking someone from Verizon suggested it, I trusted them. I go in at noon, they tell me to come in at 5pm, good turnaround. I go in and, surprise surprise, they say it'll be ready when they open up at 10am the next day. I go in the next day at 10am and they say they're just getting to mine and it'll be an hour. The replacement never worked 100% and now doesn't seem to be working at all. Avoid them at all costs. read more

Called them several times and mail box was full. Came back 1/2 hour later. Still closed. 1/2 hour after that we saw a sign up that they would be closed for 7 days. My husband and I came here to have them repair a tablet for us after the guys in the Lancaster Swap Meet ended up damaging while trying to fix a broken screen they broke the mother board in our tablet, And lost a button in our other tablet that they also broke the same way. So we came here and honestly there were some complications that took a long time to take care of due to the guy working on our tablet leaving, But when I started dealing with the owner Marcello he took care of the issue pretty quickly and replaced our tablet with an even better tablet which I really appreciated. So even though we had a problem in the beginning I would still recommend this store because Marcello took over and resolve the problem to our satisfaction. Thank you again and because you value your customers and reputation I would come back and tell people to come to Mobilelink FIRST and stay away from those guys in the Lancaster Swap Meet that say they fix phones & tablets they will break your stuff then you be coming to Mobilelink anyway so don't waste your money. DO NOT TAKE ANY DEVICE TO THIS COMPANY PLEASE. I wish I had checked the reviews. I would have saved myself a $ 180.00, frustration, and my phone would probably work. I took a iPhone 5 to be repaired because it would not ring when I was called or if someone texted me also it looked like the screen was coming off a little. I was told it needed a new battery and he woul d glue it where it was lifting, this would cost me $ 100.00. I returned later in the day to pick up phone. Later in the evening someone texted me and again the phone did not make any sound. I retuned the next day told them the phone still did not work when someone called or would text me, he went over work order and said he replace battery and glue the phone as it said, I again told him why I originally brought the phone in after trouble shooting the phone he said it needed a new mute button and that would be a additional charge of $80.00 for button assembly and installation. I bit the bullet and again said to repair it. After picking up the phone after this second repair it seemed to be working it made sounds when someone would call or text. BUT my phone repair nightmare was not over. I then went out of town and when I went to use my phone the party I called said they could not hear me! So when I returned I again took my phone into the shop this time it was the speaker that needed to be replaced I said I would not pay for anymore repair cost..This time they repaired at no cost..BUT 1 week later the phone would not charge. THE FINAL STRAW I could take it no more I bought a new phone but sure wish I had the $ 180.00 I wasted with this company to apply towards the purchase. If I could give no stars and walk away then great! That would still not do him justice. My Husband left his iphone 7 on 6/22/17 and he said it will be ready in 2 days! And he never answered the phone for us to see if its ready. Well fast foward... My husband just picked his phone up on 6/27/17 and its overheating, the button isn't a button like an actual button before we brought it there and it doesn't even work, and the part you listen through doesn't work at all anymore. The phone had water damage but we aired it out 3 days before bringing it in and it was fine he just wanted to speed up the process. Fast forward.. He charged my husband 164 for this, to take the digitizer out and to air out the phone. 164!!!! Tell me why the bank statement says 232.65 !?!?! He's fraudulent guys STAYY AWAY! read more

My phone was having trouble turning on fully and would show the Samsung logo then shut off. The only thing that would make it boot was holding down both the power button and volume down button at the same time. I took it to mobilelink and paid the $35 non refundable diagnostic fee. It was there for over a month as they ordered various parts to try to correct the issue. I was told they even shipped it to Samsung and that Samsung concluded it was water damaged and couldn't be repaired. I give them 4 stars for the effort they put in to fix it. Why not 5 stars? Two problems: I did not include the original battery when I handed over the phone because it was swollen and wouldn't hold a charge. I assumed they had a spare battery to test it because the associate behind the counter pulled out a battery from a drawer and put it in my phone to test it. After the first 2 weeks I called for an update and was told it was ready for pickup. I brought a battery I had borrowed to put in the phone. Once there, I'm told the charging port was replaced because that was the problem but when I insert my fully charged, borrowed battery, the phone won't turn on. Then I'm told the whole time they had my phone they did not have a battery to test the phone for functionality. If they had communicated this to me, I would of gladly brought over a spare battery. So I believe the first 2 weeks were wasted time. The final problem was when I was told my phone was not repairable and it was given back to me. When I got home I tried the workaround I first mentioned: holding down the power button and volume down button. But it no longer worked. My phone went from bad to just plain dead in a month :( read more

TOOK MY MONEY AND DIDNT DO THE JOB TO ANY STANDARD. THE GUY FORGOT TO PUT THE SCREWS BACK IN after replacing my screen. A week later, i dropped my phone (inside a mophi case and with a tempered glass screen protector) and phone cracked wide open in two half's and smashed the screen. If the screws were actually in place and keeping the phone together, the screen wouldn't have been able to fall out of the protective case and smash. Totally the repair mans fault and he REFUSES TO FIX IT OR RETURN MY MONEY OR EVEN HELP IN ANY WAY. Dismissed the problem like he didn't care, already had my money so wasn't his problem. Now I have a broken screen and $60 out of pocket, anyone that does use this shop wants to hope he doesn't mess up as he won't care once he's had your money. Told me I should have check over the phone in the shop.. if I had known where the screws and parts were meant to be, I wouldn't have taken the phone to a professional in the first place! DO NOT RECOMMEND coming here!! I took my daughters DS to fix and I was told it would only be $25.00 according to the tech. When I explained that it wasn't reading the games he said the pins must have just been pushed back, it was supposed to be ready in 3 days.. It took 3 1/2 weeks after 2 wasted of trips going because they don't even call you, only to find out it was "not reparable" and the $25.00 are non refundable. Unfortunately due to miscommunication my husband took by daughters tablet to get fixed there as well.. Once again he spoke to the tech brought in the part to replace the broken screen was told it would be fixed in 2 days and it would it be $30.00 since he brought the part in, 5 weeks later after numerous calls he finds out the screen was replaced but the tablet is still not working he supposedly ordered another part and it still didn't work!!!??!! Once again the money non-refundable. SUPER Bad business .. Never again will we bring any of our electronics here wish I would have read reviews prior to going. read more
