Their pricing was lower than several competitors. Their show room is well stocked with a variety of mobility and independent aids. The first encounter was great, which led to the second encounter. On the second encounter I rented an electric scooter for an out of town trip. Unfortunately, the scooter was unusable, because it wouldn't stay charged. I was unable to participate with my family for my Grandson's 10th birthday. I returned the scooter and explained what happened. They tested and said it had a faulty charger and apologized. At no point was I offered a refund, only a credit to use at a later date. I opted to use the credit on a shower bench which I needed. The shower bench was a bit wobbly in the store, and I was told in the shower the suction cups would stabilize. This wasn't true. On the third use, it collapsed, leaving me to catch myself. Horrifying for me! I called a couple months after the purchase, and explained, only to be told all bath item sales are final, and it was over 30 days. My issue is that the customer should be made aware of this. So this is twice customer service is lacking. Unfortunately, the poor service over $50.00, has lost the opportunity for $1500.00+, along with future scooter rentals. Be warned, look for their warranty information or understand you are stuck with your purchase even if faulty. Bath equipment or not!

It's a little medical supply store called A-med Supply, located in The Woodlands Shenandoah area. My experience today was just a blessing. First, they started by staying open late so I could get from the doctor over to their storefront. And when they were aware of my injury and the difficulty of getting in and out of the vehicle and into the store, they offered curbside service so that I could get my supplies and never leave my vehicle. They were very appreciative of my business, which was so nice on their part. I inquired about discounted medical equipment, if they knew anywhere I could purchase used discounted equipment like a wheelchair, as I was in need of one and didn't have the money for an expensive new one. Without a word, they immediately went in and came out with a wheelchair and gifted it to me, refusing payment and donating it out of kindness. They wouldn't let me give them a dime. A-med Supply is a wonderful business with great people. If you have any medical supply needs, I wouldn't go anywhere else. This amazing business just went above and beyond for a stranger, a customer. Such a great experience in today's world. It was very shocking. They deserve a customer service award. Real professionals stand out. I want everyone to know there are kind, caring people who are not all about themselves, who truly care, and not just in words, but most importantly in their actions - that's what counts.
