I walked in I needed brakes for my car As usual the employee asked what model and what year it was for the vehicle I gave her the information. She asked how many Pistons is it ? I told her I am not sure how many pistons it is I was told by the employee that was a blonde haired woman with slight attitude "well" Your mechanic should know..I found it very unusual especially at AutoZone not to look at the brakes or put effort into helping me figure it out.. my father usually does my brakes, but he's getting older and he's not as sharp as he used to be and he couldn't remember himself. I'm usually not one to give a one star review, especially at AutoZone which I've been using for years. me and my whole family. But I was very disappointed In the customer service. I've caught her sigh a few times trying to figure out what model it was and picking at her nails she made me feel like I was wasting her time.. overall I started doing the research on my phone myself bearing through the experience, I called my father to see if he could remember again. He said it probably is a two, but he wasn't quite sure.. so I was still stuck in the same situation. I came back inside. She was nowhere to be found. And I ended up in the back of the line. So I left. And went to another AutoZone across town the other employee there was more than happy to help me figure out the piston problem. Found the part I needed and pointed me in the right direction. Glenn AKA AUTOZONE EMPLOYEE at a different store.. I told him about my experience at this AutoZone location after he helped me. he apologized on the companies behalf for the experience and I could tell by his face expressions that he was coming off with the impression she was probably lazy. read more

This by far is the BEST AUTOZONE. The customer service is IMPECCABLE!!! Theres a new supervisor by the name of Tim that helped my husband. My husband couldn't figure out why the oil kept running through the car and Tim figured out it was the oil filter. So, I'm handicapped like a MUG. When my HS graduate of a daughter needed her car battery replaced, I immediately advised AutoZone because I knew they installed a battery, if you bought it. I called ahead first to make sure it was cool beans and we took off. I was grateful that an employee rushed to help get me in. (Doors + wheelchairs = ) Once I got in, there was NO time wasted. I explained the car battery issue and another employee got to work. I MUST brag on his work ethic and tenacity because my battery posts were quite... err... JACKED UP. It was hot as mosquito booty, humid was Granny's front room and he knocked it out. Another patron pulled in, helped the employee (it was DEFINITELY necessary) and left me his card seeing that I'm handicapped and wheelchair bound. I appreciated the sincere conversation before buying too. I'm used to people trying to upsell me and dude kept it all the way . read more
