He helped me on the phone figure out the best wheelchair setup to help my 88 year Aunty who had to transition from an electric hover-around scooter at home to a manual wheel at her senior memory care home. I was sure she'd fall getting out unless the Safer Wheel Chair Anti- rollback device was installed on her wheelchair. We needed it ASAP so on Monday Roe helped me order the right size chair w the Safer Wheel chair device installed and it was on a FEDEX truck that afternoon in Jackson Mississippi and got to me as estimated by Roe Wall on that Friday as needed in California! My aunt loves it, we love it and the Senior Care staff had never before seen the device or even heard of them. They were amazed. I gave the a lesson on how it works and how it can prevent falls which are common to esp when one forgets to set the handbrake.
