I dropped off a FedEx package at this Walgreens location for their on-site service. The package was scanned in at the time of drop-off, and everything initially appeared to be handled correctly. However, it has now been over a month and a half, and the package has neither been picked up nor located by staff. This was not a small item--it was a large package valued at over $400--making its disappearance even more concerning. What is equally disappointing is the level of customer service I encountered. When I called for assistance, the response was dismissive and unprofessional from the start. There appeared to be little to no effort made to locate the package, followed by a quick claim that it was not there. Losing a customer's package is a serious issue, but the lack of accountability and basic courtesy only made the situation worse. This experience reflects extremely poor organization and customer service. I strongly recommend improvements in both package handling procedures and staff professionalism.

Withholding costs until just before performing a medical procedure seems deceptive and duplicitous. Go elsewhere for clarity and better customer service.
