From my first call, James was very nice and quite funny. Once my truck was towed over, Rick called right away after he did a diagnosis, and was great explaining everything to a non mechanical person. They told me they would have the truck for about two days and considering the Ford dealership already had it five, I just figured it would still be there next week. Much to my surprise Rick called on day two and the truck was ready for me to pick up. Brenda and the lady at the front desk were awesome and great to talk with. The tech did talk to me awhile and the owner did do some research on some extra stuff i asked about.
