I went to the store that's located on 49th Street and 8th avenue North in St Petersburg and the customer care associate name Lynda did a fantastic job of helping me look for the exact color and the exact style that I needed and she was patient and kind and she did it with a smile. read more

This is a great place for selection, and variety of scrubs. Most of the major brands are to be found here. Service is top notch and always very friendly. The reason I frequent so often is for their selection of men's scrubs, particularly the Infinity line. It is by far the best brand I've ever worn! So comfortable! The reason I'm docking a star is that their products are a bit on the pricey side. That being said, I pay a little extra for the convenience of instant availability. When I need scrubs, I need them Pronto. And they have my back! read more

I went in to get scrubs for nursing school. Am generally unfamiliar with scrubs, and there were very stringent requirements re: permissible uniforms. Tory, at the counter, was impeccable. A1 5x5 customer service skills: friendly, helpful, informative, reassuring. They only had one of the size I needed so she called over to another location, found the needed items, and arranged to have them held for me there. I have a mixed review to write for this store from shopping with them on May 9th & 10th. This is the first time I've shopped at this store, and on a positive note, I must say that the customer service was great! My wife and I are both in healthcare and were treated very well when doing our shopping. That same day I needed to purchase some new white coats due to sizing changes and found two coats that fit me very well, which is unusual. I needed them embroidered with two lines of information so I purchased them and had them sent off. I was told that it may take anywhere from one to two weeks before they return, so I asked if there was anything I could do to help speed up the process. I was told no, but that they would really try to turn this around in a short amount of time. The reason this was so important to me is because I had graduations to attend with my wife, students, and colleagues which required the new coats. The previous store I was purchasing coats from really dropped the ball on me so that is how I found myself at Scrub N Stuff. I never believe in making my failure or poor planning into someone else's emergency, however I had no control over the other store. I was hesitant to ask for this to be expedited but I needed help this time and needed to ask for help which I don't do enough. As of May 17th I called the store to ask for an update and was very bluntly told that their turnaround time was one to two weeks, they have other customers to attend to as well that need these services due to graduations, and then quickly hung up on. This is why I am writing this mixed review with that hopes that the store can make it right. read more

Came here last minute for scrubs for work (new to the area and didn't know what color I needed until the day before). There were 2 women working, both of who immediately greeted me and asked what I was looking for. Pointed me in the right direction for the correct color scrubs. I asked if they did employee discounts for the hospital I'm at and she said they didn't, but gave me a number to text to get me 25% off. She also made sure I got my scrub pants in "tall" which I thought was super sweet of her! Plenty quality scrubs for a good price. Also a lot of sale racks too! read more

The reviews were phenomenal and Tory was the superstar that all the reviews had said! I wish I could remember the other two ladies as they were just as amazing!!! Definitely recommend! Nice selection. Last week I went to the store to buy jogger scrub pants, I've never worn that style before so I wanted to try different ones on at the store instead of order online. Tory was so welcoming and helpful from the second I walked in to the second I left & to all the other customers as well. She went around the store with me and showed me where all of the jogger pants were that I was looking for, there were so many different brands to try on, which was great. I tried on about 8 different brands and they all actually were really nice quality and fit really well (that never happens with me!). I wanted to get them alll but I went there only to buy a couple pairs so I just bought two for now. I'll be back to buy all the other ones I liked too, just don't need that many right now. Got a discount for being a student :) Again, Tory was one of of the most helpful and sweetest sales associates - she has the best energy, and she's just awesome :) also, I will forever only wear jogger style scrubs pants- they are soo comfortable and form fitting! read more

I like this store. There's a large variety of colors and styles, I can always find a few sets of scrubs that fit well and look good and the store is organized and easy to sift through. Oh and they open at 9! Most scrub stores don't open until 10, what sense does that make? They really should open at 8. I can't tell you how many times I need to stop to pick something up before work. I'm sure there are plenty of people like me who need to stop in a little earlier to grab something. I'm standing at the door right now wishing I could get in.. It's 8:51, but at least there's a store that opens before 10! Much appreciated. read more

I reviewed the sister location in countryside prior to this one negatively, it was a night and day experience I bought clothes from the other location and decided to return them and figured i try the st. Pete location out instead. They were very knowledgeable on the different sizes (short/regular/tall) for men and checked inventory and helped my find the exact one that was actually placed in the wrong section. Previous location (countryside) did not offer me my full discount on an item so they returned it and re-scanned it at the discounted rate. the staff very friendly and highly recommended Nicole/Nikki helped me the most and exceeded expectations and went above and beyond. I would like to preface this review with: I deplore going into brick and mortal stores, Scrubs N' Stuff is not particularly close to my home, I was not asked to write this review-I've received no kickback from doing so. I went to the St. Petersburg location and the women who helped me were Nicole and Hannah. The customer service I received was absolutely exceptional. I made a couple of trips to make sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted and needed. This is the first time I have ever needed scrubs. I like to aggregate data, then research and THEN purchase. Nicole is incredibly knowledgeable about ALL of the products they are selling. My questions ranged from fabric content to style construction, and she had answers for all of them. When I sought a specific color that they didn't have in the store (which I'd seen online during the research stage) the pulled out the catalog so that I could compare. They were gracious and patient. The prices in the store were essentially the same as the LOWEST prices I could find online. These ladies just really went above and beyond to ensure that I got what I needed and I am incredibly grateful. I will continue to be a loyal customer almost solely based on my experience in store. Very friendly and helpful staff that went above and beyond in helping me. They had a very wide selection of petite pants, too, which are not easy to find. Carry many different brands. I didn't find their prices to be any higher than on-line stores, and they have clearance racks if you need them. They sell shoes, too. read more
