Most recently, my lower back pain was cleared up within a week (and I now have some really useful stretches to do to combat all the sitting I do when working from home)! 2. Easy of Scheduling: I left a message during off-hours and got a call back from Lisa the next day with an appointment the next week. 3. She is specifically a hand therapist. I was given print out directions to guide me with eggar to do at home, to keep improving , and optionally an online set of directions. Furthermore, she explained various splints that may assist in my healing. She washed hands several times and cleaned equipment as we proceeded. As a runner, I couldn't be more grateful to have been given Kendra as a referral. She is not only your PT but she becomes your friend and I'm so thankful to have her in my toolbox as an athlete and person. In the last 6 months I also started seeing Morena for pelvic floor physical therapy. There are not many options for pelvic floor around and it takes a certain person to be able to heal you, help you recover and teach you about the part of your body.
