Chad, the service manager went above and beyond in fixing the ramp door on my van. I thought it would not be possible to fix but he researched and resourced out to get it fixed and I am so pleased with Chad and his team. MobilityWorks installed an Adapt Solutions LINK transfer seat on the passenger side of my vehicle. Mike in sales was professional, did an excellent job of answering my questions, ordering/receiving the LINK seat from Quebec in a timely fashion, and keeping my informed along the way. Chad in service was friendly, professional, and answered my service related questions. He contacted Adapt Solutions when necessary for information. The install/programming took 2 days since a missing part needed to be overnighted from Adapt Solutions. The install was done by Travis, who did a good job. We did have to return a week later to fix a programing error. The seatbelt indicator light/beeper went off the and airbag sensor light was on (when it should have been off) because the seat sensor thought someone was sitting in the seat when there was no one in it. Mike/Chad/Travis took us in immediately to fix the issue. They also improved on some wiring issues I asked about. Chad made himself available to talk us through the process, explain the issues, and solve the problems. Travis worked his magic. We have had the LINK seat three weeks and it is working well. read more
