While the people I've talked to there are always polite, they don't always carry, or can help with my needs.

Such an ironic name for a business that lacks heart of any kind or any commitment to customer service. Like others here, we purchased a lift chair for my father and experienced a complete lack of empathy when he unexpectedly passed away before we could even arrange delivery. Our explanation of the situation to their staff was not even met with the most cursory of sympathetic responses. Even an insincere "we're sorry for your loss" would have been some indication that they are human. They launched straight into defense of their poorly written purchase policy and threats to pull up the surveillance footage of the purchase conversation. Wholly inconsiderate, rude and uncaring from their staff to the manager that called us back to discuss further (and proceeded to call 20 times after that bothering my already grieving sister to bug her about delivery scheduling). One would expect better from a business that likely deals regularly with those that already have enough problems. Don't purchase from these people If you can avoid it. They are fresh out of Fs to give for customers or their families. read more

No return no exchange with scrubs so if ever you end up not liking your scrubs sorry for you! I just spent $77 for top & bottom scrubs for not a very good quality & comfortable scrubs and they did not allow me to return or exchange.The manager is not very friendly and helpful,they will forcefully made you order a "custom made" scrubs as they said you can't return it,so I would check the review first before you buy it or made sure you really like the product before you pay coz they are not cheap!!!! read more

I purchased a lift chair for my dad from 2hearts Medical and my dad sat on it one time. when we lifted the chair he slid on the floor and we had to call the fire department to help him up. The chair was delivered on a Friday and that same day I had to take him to the emergency room due to cancer complications. He passed 3 days later. The chair was only used for 5minutes. i contacted the manger to see if we could get a refund since the tags were still on the chair, and it had not been used. He was very rude and said they would not let us return it. You would think a company that worked in the medical field would have a little compassion and understanding on this specific situation. Their company is only about the dollar and how they can take advantage of their clients. Shame on them. Dont Buy from these peoplr!! read more

Stopped in to check out since it was under new owners / management from AT. Starting a new class tomorrow and my online scrubs won't be delivered on time. Met the owner and a few of the girls. Today, Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2019, my wife's doctor at Kelsey Sebold referred her to the store on Highway 3 at Medical Center Boulevard in Webster for an air cast splint. When we got there around noon, I asked the staff if they work with Kelsey since she had a prescription detailing what my wife needed. Their response was no and they only do Cash & Carry, which I took to mean they only accept cash and I can go get it and just carry it out. We felt we were not welcomed there. If they have a beef with Kelsey for whatever reason, don't take it out on us. Go tell Kelsey your concerns and tell them not to refer anyone to your store. We went elsewhere for what my wife needed. read more

Customer service sucks! I ordered a 1,099.00 Golden Lift Chair Recliner Large and was delivered a smaller size. When I notified Vanessa Shephard the manager she said you ordered it, no returns, no refunds or exchanges. She did not come to check whether the chair was smaller than what I ordered, nor does she care to address it. I rented my grandmother a wheelchair twice from this place. Both times the workers were wonderful! The second time I realized she didn't need it and they took it back the same day and refunded our money. They stayed later than closing so I could quickly come and drop it off so I could get refunded my money, which I appreciated. The place was clean and organized. The workers knew what they were talking about and were helpful. I will go there again! read more
