My Bruno Chairlift lost power during our winter hurricane. I had purchased a replacement power pack about 7 years ago, and called the same company. Peggy answered my prayers. Age and weather prevented me from driving to her store like I did before. So, she took my credit card yesterday, and today I received the lifeline to power my chairlift. My husband and I (both retired) live in a townhouse and realized that if we were going to be able to continue living here, we needed a stair lift and after we did our research, I am so glad we went with this company. Professional, helpful, friendly, and most important, the product exactly met our needs; The stairway is pretty narrow and the lift was installed practically flush against the wall so we have no difficulty passing by it. We wanted it done right . . . not only for safety and functionality, but also to maintain a decent aesthetic presentation in our Houston home. Peggy and Debbie delivered in a remarkable way. It was very clear that they were experts in their industry. An intricate laser map was made of the multiple levels and multiple turns that our stairlift would need to traverse, in order to keep us safe. The finished product is beautiful. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They are completely unreliable. They do not show up when they say they will. My mom purchased an elevator from them 13 months ago and only had a working elevator for 3 months. She gave this company an additional $1000 in the hopes it would speed up their work. It did not. They left work undone despite many requests from my mother to complete the punch list and attempts to contact the company since the last time they were at her house have gone unanswered. Take your business elsewhere. I have email evidence of the complete lack of professionalism and pictures to prove that work was left undone. Debbie and Peggy did a great job with the install, and they have always been there for us promptly and cheerfully when we have an issue like the time I accidentally turned the chair off with the key and put the batteries back in wrong trying to fix it myself.
