I was speaking to a guy that was looking to help me. He was having trouble and I asked him to call me back when he had some information. He was very pleasant and tried to come up with a solution to my concerns. Whoa was I met with a very angry woman that called me. She told me she did not have a rent to own program. When I was able to get a word in, I told her I wanted a new one and that I would pay cash. She said, "I DON'T HAVE ONE!" I said, "You don't have a rent to own? "NO!" she blurted out. Then said, "I don't have one!" To which I replied, "You mean a scooter?" She said "YES!" I said, "You do not have a scooter?" Again she said, "YES!" It was so much easier to hang up on her than to talk with her. I've never been treated like that when trying to spend thousands of dollars. If you are up for some verbal abuse, call the company. I'm going elsewhere and would never go to this company. I would rather drive cross country to make my purchase that talk to this place again. Sorry to the guy I was talking with, you are very helpful but I am sorry you have to work with this woman. Thumbs down!
