My daughter and I were traveling from Florida up to Michigan and began having problems with my hand controls. The gas part of the arm was sticking and I needed it adjusted because I really felt unsafe driving. I arrived just after this location opened and I asked if they could look at my hand controls and fix them without an appointment. They said of course and directed me to their waiting room where we could enjoy a cup of coffee or soft drink. After they did the adjustment, I was awaiting a bill and was told that it was no charge. I am/was super appreciative of that gift of service. MobilityWorks always looks out for their clients and I have never been disappointed. This Toledo experience solidifies my opinion that they are the best. read more

This business is not interested in making customers happy. My car went in one day and the next…read moreday, the car would not start. I called and the response was "we can get it in next Thursday", instead of "bring it down and we will look at it immediately." No interest in correcting the problem. No interest in trying to ensure their customer is satisfied by properly repairing the vehicle in a timely fashion. I was laughed at when I called to inform them my vehicle was not working after picking it up the day before. This place is a joke. Do not take your vehicle there. If you do, it will take five days to "get it fixed" if they can even do that.
