They examined spark plugs and replaced them. Still had a problem with oxygen sensor and they replaced that also! When I first bought the bike brand new in 2021, I had new exhaust installed and they tried to keep all of my factory parts pretending to not know where they were. I called for two weeks before they were returned. I then started shopping with Napoleon Harley Davidson, and I don't know what made me go against my better judgment to let them do anything to my bike. SCAMMERS!!! Three employees left to go work at other dealerships. Now it's under new management and ownership and what they should have done was fired everyone and started from scratch.
