National Road Antique Mall is one of 17 antique shops in the town. The mall is filled with two stories of antique booths that carry primitive antiques and vintage Americana. Many booths were offering sale prices. I was greeted when I walked in by friendly staff. The mall is clean with mostly wide aisles. There is a restroom centrally located on the first floor. There as plenty of free street parking today, but probably at a premium when summer rolls around.

My advice is to take your time and look through everything as there may be some hidden gem that you miss if you don't. Right now during the covid-19 pandemic face masks are required when entering the building and all staff are wearing them. All of the booths in the building are unmanned but the employees who work at the counter where you pay are able to contact the booth renters if you have a question on an item. The proprietor said that the shop provides props for movie and television productions, and honestly, the shop itself looks like a movie set. My daughter and I both made purchases: she got a box full of old makeup items (e.g. Don Juan lipsticks & some very early rare Max Factor items, etc.), one of the things she collects, and I found some vintage IHOP restaurantware in great condition. The prices were very fair. The shop itself is a bit cluttered but worth navigating. After sort of having my mind blown after seeing all the stuff they had (I don't know how else to describe it lol--it's an experience) I did some googling and learned that the proprietor wrote a book on drug store collectibles that I found on ebay.
